We liked the location, the room and bathroom were clean, room service coming every day. Cozy terrace, silent neighbourhood, overall nice.
It needs a little bit more care, breakfast is “self service” which literally means a basket with croissants, (like 7days but without any filling) some waffles, toasted packed bread, jams without any nutrition info and that would be about it. Nothing like the pictures. Chairs in the terrace very uncomfortable, would be nice if they had some pillows. The bathroom and room ceiling slowly covering with fungi because of poor ventilation.

The hot water pressure was not consistent but this is something usual in Italy.

Just it was quiet
The bed seemed to be not comfortable. Plus the welcome was rude and there was no water . The room was smelly

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The room was very dark, so we always had to keep the light on. The bed needs new mattresses, you can feel every spring. We slept terribly.
