good hotel accommodation. there are many excellent restaurants nearby. near the subway.

the room is dirty and has poor soundproofing. the plum in the shower did not work correctly. dust in the closet and the ventilation was never cleaned.

Proximity to tourist sites, close to the metro station and easy to find after your long day out. We picked metro to the hotel and it was very easy to find

The room was hot, maybe I didn’t know how to operate the AC but it was very hot at night

It was clean and very close to the station ( termini) and had good breakfast

We had to to search for the property for about 30 mins… so we went to a nearby hotel to ask them about the property and the address isn’t what they told us … later when a call was made the property receptionist appeared and charged us tax fee of 42 euros cash upfront

It is clean and cozy and staff is friendly

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we were able to reach them. Unfortunately, communication was supposed to be handled via WhatsApp, but messages were often not even read. Sometimes phone calls were answered, but not consistently, which made communication quite frustrating. The location is fairly good and convenient, but the noise level is a serious issue. The windows provide virtually no sound insulation — there was almost no difference between having them open or closed. There is a bar directly below the windows with live music playing until midnight or even later, making it difficult to rest or sleep. The included breakfast feels more like a formality than an actual breakfast. It consisted of packaged sweet rolls, coffee, and juice that were already placed in the room on the first day. As a complimentary room snack, this would have been a nice touch, but advertising it as an included breakfast is, in my opinion, misleading.
