Lage, Ruhe, überdachter (aber extrem kleiner) Parkplatz, freundliche Vermieterin, unpersönliche, aber unkomplizierte Übergabe, sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Haus aus 70er-Jahren sehr hellhörig, spartanisch eingerichtet, 2. Bett ist unbequemes, hartes Sofa, das darüberhinaus nicht bezogen war, Küche: Altes Geschirr, keine Mikrowelle, kein Warmwasser oder defekt. Bad: WC im Bad, keine Handtuchhalter für Badetücher, keine Halterung für Duschgel usw. (stehen wackelig auf Armatur) sehr kleines Waschbecken, nur 1 Zahnputzbecher für 2 Personen, Tür nicht versperrbar. Wenn zwei Personen angekündigt sind, heißt das nicht zwangsläufig, dass es sich um ein frisch verliebtes Pärchen handelt, das sich in einem 1,20m breiten Bettchen zusammenkuscheln möchte und aus dem selben Zahnputzbecher schlürft.
