Dobrá lokalita, přímo v centru města. Pohodlné parkování přímo před domem (v pracovní dny max na 3 hodiny placené, od 20 do 7 hodin a o víkendu zdarma). Jedná se o suterénní byt, proto je trochu tmavý a má nízké stropy. Okna hlavní místnosti vedou přímo na chodník. Zařízení bytu je ve velmi dobrém stavu, nábytek je skoro nový. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená. Čistota na vysoké úrovni, žádný problém. Na jedno přespání pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, při cestě dál na jih, je to naprosto OK.
Drobné nevýhody, které plynou z umístění bytu do polovičního suterénu. Ale to vychází z umístění bytu, s tím se nedá nic dělat. Je to však vyváženo čistotou a pěkným zařízením bytu.

Das Zimmer war eher ein Kellergewölbe, dunkel, niedrige Türen bei denen man den Kopf einziehen musste. Personal haben wir nicht gesehen, Schlüssel steckte als wir kamen. So haben wir es auch wieder verlassen
