Lovely views and location on top of the hill walking distance to the lake. Lovely surroundings in the park , ideal for the kids to have a play or us to relax after a busy day swimming and playing.

Our neighbours where a little loud, but once adressed it was fine.

The accommodation was just perfect, very spacious, has all what we needed, very clean and parking place next to the property in the garden. The owner is very nice, he waited for us for a later hours to arrive and gave us tips around. I really recommend this apartment and would come definitely again. Thank you!

Appartments are located in nice large garden where you can spend free time, chill, play tennis and grill as you like. Manuel is very kind host that cares about his guests and is always very helpful. I can really recommend this place.

Superb

I can definitely to recommend this place especially to the families with little kids: vast garden with trampoline and fire place, some herbs that you can pick up for a tea. Herda, the host, was very helpful too. Great location: close to the lake and very quiet.

If the weather is cool: ask the host to start a fire in the stove at least at midday, so, at evening the rooms will be warmer. Very poor Wi-Fi reception in the room- only at the lobby.

Einwandfrei!

Ausreichend großes Apartment mit 2 Bädern und toller Aussicht zum See!Außerdem ein gepflegter großer Garten zum chillen.Gute Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden.Schöner Feldweg um mit den Hunden Richtung See zu spazieren.Alternativ auch die Möglichkeit entlang der Straße zum See zu gelangen.Zum Speisen gibt es ein Restaurant direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft bzw.auch Lokale am See entlang. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und unterhalten sich auch gerne mit ihren Gästen. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen, te zwemmen en te wandelen

Als je op zoek bent naar een authentieke, Oostenrijkse ervaring, dan is deze plek absoluut wat je zoekt. Het is alsof de tijd heeft stil gestaan. Wij konden dat wel waarderen. Prima bedden, lekker balkon met uitzicht en beetje basic. Dat was onze eigen keuze, er zijn ook luxere opties. Georgihof is een rustige plek in het groen op loopafstand van de Klopeinersee (= bergmeer met zeer schoon water en met een lekkere zwemtemperatuur). Het paadje naar het meer is prima te wandelen langs een weiland en het laatste stukje over de weg. Wij ervaarden een beetje een campinggevoel met een gemeenschappelijke tuin en rondlopende katten. In ons appartement op de 2e verdieping veel privacy. Van het restaurant Fichtenhof kun je wat terrasgeluid horen, maar wij hebben dat niet als storend ervaren. Juist wel gezellig, want het is verder heel rustig met mooie uitzichten op heuvels en meer.

Geen supermarkt op loopafstand (maar dat wisten we van tevoren).

Lärm durch die angrenzende Gaststätte beeinträchtigte abends die Erholung, Modernisierungsbedarf

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der schöne Ausblick auf den Klopeiner See. Die ausgehändigten Badekarten waren im Mietpreis mit abgedeckt, wodurch der Besuch des Strandbades Bellevue ohne zusätzlichen Bezahlvorgang möglich war.

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Georgihof kam es in den Abendstunden – konkret zwischen 16:00 und 22:30 Uhr – an mehreren Tagen zu erheblichen Lärmbelästigungen durch Gäste der direkt angrenzenden Gaststätte des Hotel Fichtenhof. Lediglich an den Ruhetagen (Montag und Dienstag) konnten wir eine ruhige Atmosphäre genießen. Diese wiederkehrende Geräuschkulisse wirkte sich spürbar negativ auf unsere Erholung aus. Besonders störend war, dass das Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster teilweise nicht möglich war. Wir möchten anmerken, dass der Lärmpegel aus der gastronomischen Einrichtung ein relevanter Faktor für die Aufenthaltsqualität ist. Für Gäste, die besonderen Wert auf Ruhe und Entspannung legen, empfehlen wir, sich vor der Buchung gezielt über die örtlichen Gegebenheiten und mögliche Lärmquellen zu informieren. Wir hoffen, dass der Vermieter die Hinweise zur Lärmsituation als konstruktives Feedback versteht und gegebenenfalls Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Aufenthaltsqualität prüft. Eine Überarbeitung des Einrichtungskonzepts sowie eine Modernisierung einzelner Ausstattungsmerkmale – insbesondere in der Küche, wie Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd (Bedienungsknöpfe an der Wand → kommt man schlecht ran, wenn man heiße Töpfe auf dem Herd hat), Bestecksortiment – würden den Gesamteindruck deutlich aufwerten und zur Steigerung der Aufenthaltsqualität beitragen. Das Gartentor ließ sich nur mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand öffnen. Es wirkte provisorisch und war in der Handhabung wenig nutzerfreundlich. Eine Instandsetzung oder ein Austausch wären empfehlenswert, um den Gesamteindruck des Außenbereichs zu verbessern und den Zugang zur Unterkunft komfortabler zu gestalten.

Lokalita výborná, kuchyň v pořádku, ložnice spíše jako na chatě, interiér by potřeboval renovaci.

Výborná lokalita kousek od jezera v docházkové vzdálenosti, od majitele vstupní karta k jezeru, nemusí se platit poplatek. Výchozí bod pro cyklotrasy. Měli jsme štěstí, že náš apartmán byl umístěn přímo proti výhledu na jezero a neměli jsme sousedy ve vedlejším apartmánu. To by naše soukromí výrazně omezilo. Rozlehlá zahrada s posezením a možností grilování a lehátka k odpočinku. Dobře vybavená kuchyň k vaření i spotřebiči. Možnost použít pračku - ale v extra místnosti na žetony.

Pan majitel hřeší na krásné umístění apartmánů, interiér by si zasloužil renovaci, odskákané obložení, praské umyvadlo a toaleta s WC nepůsobí úplně příjemným dojmem, roztržený slunečník, z venkovního stolu během pobytu upadl kus dřeva. Dále bych chtěla podotknout, že pro ubytovací zařízení je symbolem čistoty bílé prostěradlo a povlečení. Měli jsme hnědé a černé, nepůsobí to dobře. Dále deka byla v povlaku, pod kterým jsem po odhrnutí našla trochu žlutou - nečistou deku, ještě že jsme byli před tímto pobytem v kempu a měli jsme spacáky, tudíž jsme si radši vzali svoje. Zahrada sice velká s množstvím rostlin a stromů, pod kterými je možno relaxovat, ale i zahrada by si zasloužila lepší péči, posekat, vyplít atd. Vstupní brána je kapitola sama o sobě, jakési smontované zařízení s jedním kolečkem :-), nekomfortní manipulace.

War nicht unser letzter Besuch, hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Super Lage mit Seeblick, schönes kleines Anwesen mit verschiedenen Ruhe und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Vermieter sind super nett und unkompliziert. Bäcker Bringservice ist eine tolle Sache Hier werden wir mal wieder hinfahren. Ist zu empfehlen

Es war ein entspannter Urlaub in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Selbstversorgung, aber es gibt ein Weckerlservice, wo man am Vortag einen Zettel mit der Bestellung und dem Geld in ein Kästchen in eine Telefonzelle legt. In der Früh wurde dann frisches Gebäck geliefert.

Unsere Waschmaschine hat leider nicht gut funktioniert, hier könnte man eventuell ein neueres Modell anschaffen.

Leider nichts gewesen

Nichts

Ich habe mir die Appartement innen gar nicht angesehen. Mir hat der Zustand des Gartens (alle Spielgeräte und die Gartenmöbel desolat) und der Häuser von außen gereicht. Wir waren mit einem 2 1/2 jährigen Kind unterwegs das hätte ich niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen können. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch kein Weg sondern am Rand der Wiese sehr steil und holprig ich wundere mich das sich niemand den Knöchel gebrochen hat. Ich habe dann den vollen Preis bezahlt und bin abgereist. Gebucht habe ich wegen der guten Bewertungen wie die zustande gekommen sind ist mir ein Rätsel. Kurtaxe und 10€ für den Hund habe ich wahrscheinlich auch gezahlt. Das will ich aber gar nicht so genau wissen ich will einfach nicht mehr daran denken. Ich schreib normalerweise keine Beurteilung. Der Vermieter war überhaupt nicht einsichtig er hat nur gesagt es ist eh alles top zahlen müsst ihr alles. Es stimmt er hatte recht aber ein wenig entgegenkommen wäre angebracht gewesen.

Apartamento perfecto cerca del lago.

Al ir dos parejas el que tenga dos habitaciones separadas estaba muy bien. El apartamento cerca del lago las vistas el jardín con sus bancos y la tranquilidad sobre todo. Y gracias a Manuel que nos explicó todo perfectamente. Se toma muy en serio el tema reciclaje.
