Sea apartment & pool 2

Luigi and Giovanna are amazing hosts, we were welcomed by Luigi on the first day and Giovanna was extremely communicative which made arrival very easy. The property is in an excellent location and easy to get into Mondello and Palermo. The property is also so much bigger than it shows on the pictures, we had 6 of us staying and there was so much room. The views from the property are amazing, with the backdrop of the mountains and then the sea on the other side. We were also allowed an early check in free of charge, which was easy and Giovanna said yes straight away.

The property is quite worn, which is a shame as it’s an amazing space. Some paint on the railings outside is needed, replacement chairs in the balcony, many are completely sunken in, snapped or not able to sit on them at all. However, I will still say this place is great value for money, just needs a a bit of tlc.

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très belle maison et une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes !

Quelques chaises étaient abîmées sur la terrasse, il y a malheureusement une très forte odeur d’humidité dans l’entrée et le prix est assez élevé

The apartment and pool are amazing! The location is perfect with a gorgeous view of the sea. We enjoyed the pool as well. The hosts are so helpful and kind. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything one could need, and there is plenty of room to relax on the terrace. We hope to return in the future. Highly recommend!!!
