About this villa rental
Splendid villa, recently renovated, with private swimming pool, a stone's throw from the golden beach of Mondello.
Come and enjoy a relaxing holiday thanks to the numerous comforts including the solarium, pergola, relaxation area, private parking and electric car charging.
Villa Blu is designed and furnished in a modern style to ensure its guests a pleasant stay and will surprise you with its attention to detail.
By the pool (6m x 3m) you will find a solarium equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and a comfortable shower.
Under the pergola you can enjoy tasty snacks and spend pleasant dinners.
After a dip in the pool, you can take a seat on the sofa or armchair in the relaxation area.
The swimming pool is closed from 15 October to 15 May.
The interiors of 130 square meters are spread over two elevations.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with 55'' smart TV, corner sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with desk and en suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning (23°-28°) and underfloor heating (19°-22°).
Free and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi (1 Giga) (both inside and outside).
Self check-in 24/24h
In addition to bed linen and towels, pool towels are also included.
The outdoor spaces are equipped with video surveillance.

How to reach us:
- by plane: Palermo Falcone-Borsellino airport is 22 km away (19 minutes by car)
- by car: taking the E90 motorway, take the Mondello - Tommaso Natale exit: Villa Blu is 4 km away (5 minutes by car).
You can park in the street in front of the house or, if you prefer, in the garden (the driveway gate opens with the intercom).
It is 5 minutes by car from the highway with which you can reach all the fantastic places - rich in nature, history and architecture - that you will want to visit during your holiday in Sicily.

Mondello is a great place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. The beach and restaurants are short walks from Villa Blu, and good grocery shopping is close by. Easy to get to sites in central Palermo and other places (such as the old Targa Florio motor racing circuit that is an hour and bit drive away). Villa Blu's kitchen is well equipped and the whole place is very clean and modern. Gianpaolo was very helpful.

The family had a wonderful stay at Villa Blu. Gianpaolo made us feel welcome and everything we needed was on hand when we checked in. The Villa is clean and well cared for, with modern amenities and the pool was a god send after a hot day sightseeing or walking back from Mondello beach. Walking distance to the beach was less than 15 mins & it’s a great beach. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and relaxing lounge area made our stay worth while. Thank you Gianpaolo and Vittoria!

It was perfect for us, close to the city, the beach, the airport but away from it all. The villa is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and lovely. We would stay there again if we had the opportunity .

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Villa Blu! Very lovely accommodations and hosts. The house is brand new, nicely appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The outdoor space/pool are a nice retreat from the beach which is an easy walking distance away. The hosts were very responsive, answered our questions in a timely manner (both before and during our stay), and provided a useful guide to use during our stay. Thank you Gianpaolo and Vittoria! We can’t wait to be back.
