Area great for emmerdale experience Plenty of tea & coffee Bathroom good

Needs a new bed Alot of noise from family that lives there backs on to a busy kitchen

Amazing location. Fantastic room and super clean. Hostess couldn’t have been nicer and was very friendly and helpful. Even left us some snacks out as a treat!

Didn't realise that an arrival time was required/desired (we could have communicated this before the day if we knew this)

It was near to the location for our Emmerdale tour Jaz and her mom were very welcoming and even accommodated our earlier check in . The snacks and bottled water was very much appreciated The room was clean and had the added bonus of Netflix… the bathroom was clean and the toiletries were a nice touch Thank you

The outside looked a little unloved .. from previous reviews I knew we were near the families kitchen which really wasn’t too much trouble to us .. and I do appreciate it is their family home however the noise did get quite load and I did think someone was going to crash through the door at one point as I think the boys were play fighting and getting quite loud .which gave myself and my elderly mother in law a fright … I’m Not sure I would have stayed the two nights if I’d have been on my own . Could do with a mini fridge to keep milk in and a little bedside lamp just to add extra touches …
