Casa Fabrica

First of all, I want to say that the property, at least on the rate I booked it on, proved to be very good value for my money. It was spacious, had most of the kitchen appliances one would need to prepare a meal, and literally is first house to the beach. The beach itself (Fabrika beach) is picturesque. Also, you can park your car comfortably outside the house, so no need for anyone to worry about that. Ermoupoli, the main town of the island, is a comfortable 10-minute drive away. I don't have much more to add regarding the apartment, other than all-in-all we were very pleased with our stay.

We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Our front yard was the beach and we spent many relaxing afternoons there swimming and laying in the sun. The house was very spacious and the kitchen was equipped with cooking materials. There’s AC that works very well. We also had our own patio out front where we ate dinner every night. We sometimes had visiting cats that kept us company that were all very sweet. Everyone from Syros was so welcoming and kind to us. There’s a small supermarket 10 minute walk away near Vari beach called Ormos that had all we needed for a simple meal and the owner was so kind. Easy public bus to get into Ermoupoli from Vari beach. We loved waking up and going to bed to the sound of the waves just outside our door and miss it already!
