Άνετο, ήσυχο, ευρύχωρο, σε βολική τοποθεσία. Κουζίνα καλά εξοπλισμένη και ένα πολύ εύχρηστο πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Εξαιρετική θέα. Άνετα δωμάτια. Εμείς 4 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά βολευτήκαμε άνετα. Ευάερο, ευήλιο, έχει μόνο ανεμιστήρες αλλά δε βάλεμα κανέναν σε λειτουργία. Η περιοχή είναι τέλεια, λίγο έξω από την πόλη. Η θάλασσα επίσης τέλεια στην Βάρη. Προτείνεται η διαμόρφωση του χώρου δεξιά του σπιτιού (κατηφόρα) ώστε να κατεβαίνει το αυτοκίνητο πιο άνετα.
Το πρωινό ξύπνημα του κόκορα του γείτονα!!!!!
