Πολύ καθαρός χώρος και με πολλές παροχές. Η εξυπηρέτηση της οικογένειας παρά πολύ καλή και ευγενική.Ο κ Ισίδωρος πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Όμορφη θέα και ησυχία.Νιωσαμε μεγάλη ασφάλεια σαν να είμαστε σπιτι μας..Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Fabrica Breeze in Syros. The accommodation is a detached property, offering the ideal setting for privacy, tranquillity, and restful moments away from the bustle of town life. It is perfectly suited for two people — spacious enough to be comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is superb: within walking distance to Fabrica Beach, Santorinioi Beach, and Vari Beach — all lovely spots, with the latter offering natural shade and excellent swimming conditions. A small local market nearby is convenient for basic necessities. The house itself is thoughtfully arranged, immaculately clean, and well-equipped. Air conditioning is available, though the presence of multiple windows allows for natural ventilation and a pleasant breeze. Insect screens (σίτες) on the windows were a much-appreciated detail. While there is no washing machine, facilities for hand-washing clothes are available and sufficient for short stays. What truly set this place apart were the hosts, Sideris and Eleni. Their hospitality was genuinely heartfelt. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. They regularly provided fresh towels and bedsheets, and were proactive in checking whether we required anything else. Their local knowledge proved invaluable, offering us guidance on what to see, where to go, and which beaches to prioritise — all recommendations that enhanced our stay significantly. Though they are not affiliated with any vehicle rental service (something to arrange independently if needed), they generously offered to drive us to Ermoupoli for groceries on our first day and helped with our luggage on departure. A particularly heartwarming gesture was being gifted fresh eggs from their chickens and getting to taste Eleni’s delicious homemade moussaka — small, personal touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed and at home.
