Amazing location. Sparkling clean room. Very pleasant atmosphere. Heartfelt, welcoming hosts always available to help or chat.
The area has a spotty WiFi, which makes working remotely a bit testy. Also the bathroom could be a bit more comfortable eg. use a mounted shower head instead of a hand- held one.

H κυρία Μπέτυ ήταν γλυκύτατη κ ήταν διαθέσιμη σε ο,τι θελαμε.Περασαμε πολύ όμορφα και η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ όμορφη,φυσικά χρειάζεσαι αμάξι για εκεί που ειναι για να μπορείς να πηγαίνεις Ερμουπολη κ όπου αλλού θέλεις...
Τίποτα δεν υπήρχε που δεν μας άρεσε,εκτός από τα μποφόρ που είχαμε τις τελευταίες μέρες😄

We loved our stay at Fabrika apartments. The hosts are incredibly kind, the location right by the beach is amazing and the amenities were super thoughtful (coffee, jam, honey, shower products, fluffy towels). Lovely patio with beach view to hear the ocean sound in the evening. Highly recommend this place.
There is no AC in the kitchen where the bunkbeds are located and it was too warm - we stayed on the top floor and arrived late so the place was quite hot. It got better throughout the days though. The bedroom is big enough to move the mattress from the kitchen though - this should keep anyone from staying :)
