Stylish 1BD Apt with Ideal Location in Southbank

The apartment was very nice, clean and the bed was super comfy. The location is close to the Mater Hospital and Southbank is nearby which is great.

Check in was a little stressful, having to send ID photos just prior to boarding our flight to gain access codes. Please email a few days prior to arrival. Air conditioner didn't work in living area - leaking alot of water. Washing machine hoses have been put on wrong taps - need to be switched over - hot/cold.

The location was fantastic. The bed was comfy. Great to have Netflix on the TV.

Check in was confusiing as the map on the link we were given gave a different address to where we were staying. When we asked about the best place to park, we were told to downlaod a parking app but it didnt work properly on either of our phones so we asked the hotel reception staff next door and they were extremely helpful. There was only 1 fork. The kitchen lacked sufficient lighting. Air con in bedroom made horrible noise. Loud drilling from one of the rooms on a Saturday night. Hot water pressure was weak. Picture frame above bed was broken and taped together, as was the rusty clothes airer. The shower was held together with a zip tie. We were denied our friend coming over for a cuppa which we thought was strange as there are 4 chairs at the dining table. Only 3 out of 4 burners worked on the gas stove. Game console power cord missing and no games.
