The location is excellent. It’s 5mins from CBD and lots of restaurants around.
Only one air conditioner and it’s in the kitchen. No air conditioner in the rooms so it can be a bit uncomfortable in the summer even though there are ceiling fans in the rooms.
Also, there is no elevator the had a few heavy bags to carry up the stairs and was not easy.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to the Gabba for our trip
Only feedback I would give is we did not have a bath mat and I think you would have more booking opportunities if one of the rooms had 2 x single beds.
