Excellent hotel for a wellness stay. Huge gym and spa with free access as a hotel guest. Our room had a beautiful view and large windows with a lot of natural light in the mornings (as requested). Good breakfast as well with several options. Additionally, easy access to brussels city center with a tram/taxi but also good restaurants closer then that.

The spa was very packed during the evenings as it is also a members club. Breakfast could've had more healthy options which could go very well hand in hand with a modern more wellness type hotel vibe.

The building is lovely and the wellness is just perfect.

The only friendly people from the staff were cleaning ladies. People working at reception were not helpful at all and their English was very limited. Same in the restaurant. I expected more communication skills in the capital of Europe. Plus, we were charged extra from the things from mini bar that we did not use.

I was disappointed that the indoor pool and jacuzzi was under maintenance. This meant that all the other spa facilities were busy at all times.

We are currently living in France but decided to celebrate my birthday anniversary in Belgium this year and chose this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in everything: good location, beautiful and modern interior, excellent spa area, comfortable and convenient room, varied choice for breakfast, very helpful staff. Lack of coffee machine in the room. Unpleasant were some of the lodgers and guests at this hotel. But it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The view definitely is the best thing about the panorama room that I rented; for the rest a good hotel, above average.

The little things, for example that getting to the hotel since it's in a building with multiple other businesses can be kind of tricky, if you're not familiar with it. Furthermore, the fact that the hotel restaurants do not sell soft drinks so no Coke or Fanta or anything like that; only organic drinks. Like juice etc or smoothies. They also couldn't help me with special requests EG having my laundry back the same day if I were to submit it for dry cleaning. They didn't have any spare bottle openers as well.

Breakfast was excellent but I did not like the coffee machine we had to use-they give you a cup each, why couldn’t they use fresh tea and coffee? Location is lovely

We were not told that the indoor swimming pool was out of use which was disappointing. We did not think that there were enough good eating places either in the hotel or around the area. There is only one restaurant and we did not like the food hall on the ground floor which looks like an independent pop-up eating place quite expensive and very average food very noisy especially on Friday evening with lots of families. It takes a long time from order of the food to arriving and drinks took 15 minutes. The bar on the hotel lobby is fun but is often blocked off for private events and doesn’t serve food so after a workout in the fitness centre, where on earth do you go for lunch apart from the food hall and a small student style place next to the entrance of the fitness centre serving very expensive snacks. Places to relax and sit on are quite uncomfortable and jagged. It does need a refurbish I think although I quite like the 60s and 70s style interior.

Really easy to get to location with tram stop right opposite. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly for the whole stay. View from the room was amazing. Spa facilities exceeded expectations and felt like such a luxurious place to stay. Lots of choices of food in hotel as well as food court on ground floor of building.

It was fun. It’s just that it’s so annoying to pay amount of money and you cannot drink or eat over there although you pay for it everything must be in the hotel breakfast everything must be in it.

The hotel is very modern, clean and has a nice feel to it.

The lifts are a complete joke, yiou have to get in the first lift to get to lobby, get out and join another lift to get to your room. The stairs at one end only lead out onto a veranda (not sure how that is with fire safety). At breakfast they offer you a cup and help yourself to coffee but no option for Decaf and when asked staff if they had any they said no? One evening a large group arrived back at the hotel and every one was ordering drinks and then the bar manager said every one had to stop ordering and leave the bar area! very short sighted from a customer experience and potential revenue stream fro the hotel!

Everything was in one place, easy and accessible. Loved the unique architecture. Absolutely loved how there were restaurants to suffice different priceclasses but best of all is how the hotel had the FOX foodcourt in the basement. Was great to have options! Staff was so accomodating, smiling and friendly. The rooms were spacious and wonderful. Loved the interior. Loved how the soaps were of the mild smelling kind.

My 2nd time here, & just love this property. Amazing equipped gym, studios, pools & saunas & lovely spacious rooms with a view & great quality bathrooms. Fox food court has a super selection of food & drinks. Highly recommend the tacos! I will be back again soon! 🔜

Location: view into the park; secure area. When we booked, we have checked the location and were happy with it since we would prefer to be more far from the city center but have a calm, green and wellness areas to rest. Spa: excellent options from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, different saunas, cold sauna, Himalayas salt lamp sauna, red light area, large jacuzzi, salt sauna (amazing!) and most users respectful. Even if busy, you will find space for you to enjoy all the areas as people are respectful that others might want to use. The staff at the spa was helpful and kind. Room: the room was large with a view into the green areas as requested; no noise except in the morning from the cleaners. However, this didn’t affect us as we woke up early. The aesthetic of the rooms and hotel are new and modern. Cleaned room. Additional pillows and a duvet are available in the room if needed. Safe, kettle, coffee and tea available: free. Fridge with drinks and chocolates: cost clear stated at the room. You can control the temperature of your room. Received 1 drink voucher for skipping room cleaning over our 3-night stay: good initiative Breakfast: excellent choices from hot (e.g. waffles, pancakes, eggs); cold (e.g. selection of different cheeses, ham, parma ham, smoked salmon, salad); different type of bread; alternatives to cows milk (excellent); pastries and cakes; hot drinks and natural juices. The staff was great explaining how it works the breakfast, always smiling and helpful Hotel/Areas: are pleasing and you can even see the sunset outside. Lifts are quick and responsive. We could go straight from any floor to the ground floor. However, from the ground floor to get access to our room (4th floor), we had to go to the 2nd floor and then get a new lift from the 2nd floor into the room. This was intuitive for us when we encountered this issue. However, this should have been explained on arrival. Spa: the room card should give direct access to the spa without having to ask every time on reception. The staff on the wellness part (spa) reception were the only ones not good at customer care, it looked like they were doing us a favour to let go of in and checking several times if we had access (didn’t feel welcome at reception). However, the staff inside the spa cleaning and around were nice and helpful. Bath robes should be provided to all guests.

How to go to the parking by night

I loved this place! I almost didn’t book it because of the reviews - luckily I nevertheless did. The architecture is astonishing, every detail well thought of. If you like design, you need to see this place! You need to understand that it’s a big building, the hotel is just one small bit of their offer - so not everything is centred around hotel guests. Gym and wellness are primarily open to members, locals. Naturally this makes it more busy than other hotel gyms and spa - but also much more authentic and genuine. I had a great workout and swim afterwards (outside pool was empty). Particularly the spa should be perceived more as “after workout relax” than silent, mindful experience. Tourism is often criticised as a bubble, disconnected from real life, and here you have an opportunity to defy that. Location wise - the tram station is right in front of it, which makes it very convenient.

The breakfast was excellent! Maybe you can consider option for an earlier breakfast for those that need to leave early.

In the gym changing room, there is no clear indication for the exit. We saw a few people looking for the way out

The bed was comfortable. The gym is equipped with many machines. Inside the hotel there is a place called Kawa where you can dine without a reservation, and you can find dishes from many corners of the world.

The hotel is big, but it is not nearly as luxurious as one would think. The staff is smiling, but cold and arrogant. They think they are superior to the client, who, in fact, brings the money. When I arrived, although the accommodation was paid in advance, the receptionist told me that I had to pay a deposit of 150 euros with my bank card, which would be returned to me immediately upon departure. So it will be unlocked. We left on Sunday at lunch, and today is Monday evening and the 150 euro deposit is still blocked, although the room was handed over in good order. When I entered the room, there were several stains on the floor, three of which were very visible and a slightly dirty window. Shame for a 4 star hotel. Everything else is satisfactory. The mats next to the bed are a bit dirty, but that's it, we're in a 4-star hotel. I had an appointment for a massage. The treatment was deep tissue, hot stone and Ayurvedic with a comma in between, so I thought the masseuse would perform a combination of the three styles. After, as it started at least 10 minutes later, she informed me that I had to choose one. If it is optional, it should be put / between them. I chose Ayurvedic. It was the worst and most disappointing massage I've ever had in my entire life. And I go to massage very often. But this one was deplorable. Especially since I am also a yoga teacher with studies in Ayurvedic medicine. So I know what Ayurvedic massage means. What the masseuse performed was a simple massage, which you can get at any salon for 40 euros, so it was a simple massage, it had nothing to do with Ayurvedic massage, I think the masseuse had no idea that there are 72,000 nadis in the human body and ayurvedic massage must be performed on these meridians with a special heated herbal oil. So I paid 110 euros for nothing. Highway robbery, pure thief. Shame on them for selling services they are neither good at not know how to execute.

Everything. Worst check in I have experienced. Staff barely says hi. Just gave me the key and told me to go to the fourth floor. No explanation on facilities available, breakfast options, never mentioned the timings of the spa and the gym. Add to that I had to pay 90€ additional fees due to a 'mistake by Booking.com'. Hidden fees are intolerable for a Hotel that claims to be 4 star. Quality of the finishes in the bedroom are subpar. Pencil marks for the placement of the shower equipment are still visible, plug protection in the bathroom came off as we unplugged the hair dryer, sink was constantly blocked. Very noisy room, we could hear the upstairs neighbour all night, seemed like they were moving furniture at 4 in the morning. Very confusing as to how to enter the Hotel at night, guard was trying his best but not very helpful. Our name was on the incorrect room number so took about 20mins to manage to get in during the night. Disappointed that we were not able to use the spa on Sunday, even though our checkout was over. Any hotel in the world lets you use their facilities after the checkout time. It is basic hospitality, especially considering the price of the rooms. As for breakfast, Staff is not very sharp, juices and veggie milk one day, not the next. Constantly have to ask them for cutlery, napkins etc... Coffee machine not working, and when it is, there is a 20min line because there is never more than one working at a given time. Your staff needs to understand what Hospitality means. Even in 2 star ibis hotels they are more friendly and helpful. When I asked them if they could call a cab for us, they first said no, then gave us a wrong number, before finally giving us a number that worked. When asked if they could hold on to the luggage after checkout, first they said no, then yes but if anything got stolen it wasn't their fault. The level of unprofessionalism of this team is something out of a Kafkaian movie

Mix remains for me the best hotel in Brussels. I come here very often and I can recommend it 100%. This is just the best there is. Amazing beds, bathrooms, design everywhere, breakfast is splendid en the 2 (!) pools and hamman are just nothing less than a marvel!

The long walks to the rooms. The receptionist was the worst ever, unhelpful, rude and careless, I was left clueless int eh lobby while he was moving things around simply saying “I can’t help you”. The view is overrated and the gym is kinda useless for short stays. The location is very far of basically everything.
