Nice and tidy appartment close to metrostation

The appartment is 5min away from the metrostation and after that 20 min by metro to the city center (Rogier). The neighbourhood is quite and nice. The appartment was very nice and clean and have everything what you need, including instant coffee and sugar. The host is very nice. I had a great stay!

There is no elevator in the building, but it is notmal for this kind of neighbourhoods.

Quiet self contained room and kitchen

Friendly hosts, available but unintrusive. Nice quiet residential street handy for metro, small supermarket and café with beer, food. Also takeaways nearby.

Stairs, but then I'm getting older. A frying pan and a teapot would have been useful.

Staff was incredibly helpful and sweet, super accommodating when we had major delays. Very helpful as far as recommendations and was open about expectations for us as guests, really a wonderful experience all around.

Nothing major, no plug in the bathroom and the shower fan vented into the kitchen which was odd. Other than that- no complaints

I had a very friendly welcome from the hosts who made sure that I had everything I needed. They have gone the extra distance to create a relaxing environment which was perfect for me to get work done. The studio was spacious and airy considering the summer heat. The neighbourhood also has everything within walking distance and is incredibly quiet at night.

It was a very nice stay: the apartment is 5 min away from the metro station, we felt very welcome and were met by Elizabeth who told us everything about the house and our room. The apartment is very clean, there is a stove and a microwave in the kitchen and an iron in a bedroom closet. The garden view from the kitchen is really nice and you can hear birds singing.

Some things (shower holder and shelves in the bathroom, a kitchen table) look old. But everything is clean and works well. It would also be nice to have a corkscrew in the kitchen:)

i really liked how spacious it was. The bed was really comfortable. I really loved that the hosts were really welcoming and helpful, always there to help you if I had any questions. The kitchen equipments we’re all there. The bathroom was also good.

It’s not that I didn’t liked it but the stairs were steep and was a bit difficult but everything else was good.

Nice apartment close to uni

I was here for a seminar at the university, so I chose this place mainly for the location. My room was more like an apartment: it was one big room with a kitchen area and a bedroom as well as a separate bathroom (toilet and shower). I did not use the kitchen much but it had everything one would need even for a longer stay. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a table with two chairs in the kitchen and a small desk in the bedroom. Kitchen and sleeping area were not separated by a door but it was sufficiently separated by the layout of the room.

Ottima esperienza, consigliatissimo

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento Lagon e mi sono trovato benissimo. Situato al terzo piano (senza ascensore) l'appartamento era semplicemente perfetto. La camera da letto è spaziosissima, con un letto comodissimo, una grande scrivania, un tavolo e un armadio comodo per riporre molti vestiti. La camera era anche dotata di un ferro da stiro e un piccolo asse, molto comodo per chi viaggia per lavoro come me. La cucina è ampia e dotata di tutto l'essenziale, io ho sempre cucinato e mi sono trovato molto bene. Il bagno è diviso in due ambienti, dotato di saponi e asciugacapelli. Wifi ottimo. La posizione della struttura è perfetta, vicina a minimarket e soprattutto alla fermata Delta servita costantemente da autobus e metro che conducono in diverse parti della città, quindi perfetto per visitare sia il centro che zone più periferiche (es. Università). L'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo anche a permettermi di accedere all'appartamento prima dell'orario canonico del check-in. Nel complesso il quartiere è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Struttura più che consigliata.

Sono rimasto soddisfatto di tutto, l'unico piccolo dettaglio (che non mi ha comunque disturbato) è il lavandino del bagno che è un po' piccolino e sormontato molto da vicino da una mensola che può dare fastidio quando ci si lava.

Konut sahibi hanımefendi son derece ilgili güleryüzlü ve samimiydi. Oda gayet temizdi, mutfak araç gereçleri yeterliydi, sıcak su iyiydi. Metroya yakın konumda ve muhit gayet sakin ve güzeldi.

Banyo duş ve WC alanı çok dar ve yıpranmış, duş perdesi konforsuz.

CONFORT ET ACCES FACILE AU CENTRE DE BRUXELLES

Bel appartement spacieux pour un couple, très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de rationalité. Si la salle de bain est un peu petite et basique, elle apporte néanmoins tout le confort nécessaire. Situation remarquable pour visiter Bruxelles à 5 mn du métro et avec un parking public qui permet de stationner gratuitement sans problème. De surcroit, un quartier bien tranquille avec vue sur des jardins à 'arrière comme à la campagne. La gentillesse des propriétaire est aussi a souligner.

Attention, l appartement est a un 3eme étage avec un tout petit escalier trés raide qui rend difficile l accès avec des bagages conséquents.

Excelente para casal.

Era um quarto em casa de família, mas não cruzamos com nenhum deles durante a estadia. Somente com a senhora Elisabeth que nos recepcionou muito bem. Super atenciosa e prestativa com as informações sobre as instalações e também com indicações do que visitar em Bruxelas, ela é uma fofa. Quarto super equipado com cama confortável, um pequeno guarda-roupa, mesa para uso de computador, a cozinha super equipada também, com fogão, torradeira, chaleira, pratos, talheres, panelas e uma mesa para realizar as refeições. Adoramos. Voltaria lá facilmente, perto do metrô o que facilitou muito nosso deslocamento.

O box do banheiro é um pouco pequeno, mas não atrapalho em nada. Conseguimos tomar banho tranquilamente sem maiores problemas.

Per un soggiorno di otto giorni, magari mi sarei aspettato un cambio di lenzuola, il sanitario era troppo attaccato al lavandino, anche se sono grosso e magari necessito spazi più ampli
