Sterna house

We had a really enjoyable four-night stay at Sterna House. It’s spacious, comfortable and has fantastic views from the balconies and terraces. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of room for all of us. Manolis was a brilliant host — he picked us up from the ferry and was always friendly, helpful and responsive. A few things worth knowing: the hill up to the house is VERY steep, as are the marble stairs between the two floors, so it wouldn’t suit everyone. The hot water was sometimes extremely hot, we encountered a few bugs around the house, and the kitchen could do with a little more equipment if you’re planning to cook properly. That said, none of these things particularly bothered us. If you’re a fairly relaxed traveller and don’t expect everything to be absolutely perfect, it’s a lovely, spacious base for exploring Paros. We didn’t hire a car and happily walked to Parikia, nearby beaches and the local shop — although our legs definitely got a workout! We had a great stay and Manolis really helped make it a good one.

A vista é inacreditável e de luxo. I melhor por do sol é aqui! O Manolis, o dono, foi muito simpático e prestável. Ajudou-nos com tudo o que precisávamos e ainda preparou a casa para nós receber antes da hora do Check in. O local é acessível de carro, fica um pouco distância do centro. Tem estacionamento. A casa é enorme e tem 2 quartos, sala, 2 wcs com máquina da roupa e ar condicionado nos 2 quartos e cozinha equipada. O local é muito sossegado. Recomendo muito!

Manolis estaba muy pendiente de nosotros y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, la casa estaba muy bien cuidada y muy limpia, preciosas vistas desde allí.

The host is amazing honestly, the view is incredible , towels and everything was there and ready for us, we did not need anything

Its a bit old, far from town up a hill, a bit scary at night as there are no lights in the streets, furniture needs to be renewed, we had several bugs in the apartment, no trash outside you need to drive ( if you have a car) or walk down the hill to the main road trying to find a main trash to throw it.
