The sauna is located in the garden of the house right next to the terrace. Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways at once, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.
