Since the house was built on a slope, you can reach the pool area directly from the bedrooms on the 1st floor via a rear exit. On the spacious garden plot you will also find a barbecue area and a grove. Visit the pretty town of Passignano sul Lago on Lake Trasimeno and explore the small island of Maggiore, which can be reached by passenger ferry and where you can taste the fresh fish of the lake in the restaurant.
