This beautiful detached house with private pool is located about 1.5 km from the small village of San Nicola LArena, where you will find all kinds of services. The accommodation is simply but functionally furnished. From the terrace on the first floor you can enjoy a beautiful relaxing sea view. In this pleasant ambience you can also spend cosy evenings with a good glass of wine. From the kitchen you can reach the pool area, where you can really relax! The favourable location allows you to reach both the city of Palermo, rich in history and culture, and the city of Cefalù, with its beautiful old town and lovely seafront, in less than an hour. Take advantage of the strategic location of this holiday home to combine sea and culture, but also for walks in the countryside: The mountains of the Parco Delle Madonie can be reached in about an hour.
