l’unica pecca, però non é colpa del titolare, erano i coinquilini che facevano casino alle 4 del mattino e non rispettavano nessuna regola di quelle dette dal proprietario

The apartment is pretty spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, there are plenty of appliances and everything you might need. Even though the neighborhood looks a bit odd, the apartment feels safe.
The extra option to use a private parking nearby is quite convenient.
Walking to the center takes about 15 minutes.
There was some confusion about the cleaning fee they introduced after the booking, but we managed to resolve it. Hopefully they can handle that better to avoid starting your holiday with an argument.
The breakfast is basic and sweet.

L’appartement était globalement bien équipé et assez moderne. Appartement à 10/15 min du centre à pied.
La chambre n’était pas très propre (murs sales, draps tachés), il y avait une fuite dans la salle de bain car le sol était trempé tout le temps près de la douche et des toilettes. De plus l’emplacement n’est pas super (beaucoup de bruit dans la rue, rue qui craint un peu).
