Molto comoda, pulita e accessoriata

Vi uppskattade väldigt mycket den stora balkongen mot havet! Lägenheten är stor och fräsch.

The facility and location were exactly as we expected them to be. The staff who welcomed us was very pleasant and accommodating. In addition to the location, I can praise the position of the shop, which is literally a wall next to the building, and the restaurant, which is about 80 meters away from the entrance - Belli Sazi - with an excellent offer for an informal dinner. Not far from the apartment is a large shopping centre and a tram that takes you directly to the city centre - its last stop is the Main Railway Station in Palermo. Also - if you want to walk - some 10–20-minute walk from the apartment is an excellent fitness centre "Body Energy" and perhaps the best pastry shop in Palermo (Da José) - with excellent ice cream and cannoli.

The only drawback - if we can call it that - is that it is located on a very busy street and close to the emergency centre - so people with poor sleep may not be able to sleep well. ...and yes - it is very important when giving the address to the taxi driver to mention that the address is 449A and not just 449 - the difference is almost 100 meters!

Das Appartement ist relativ sauber bis auf Handtücher, v.a. Badteppiche -diese recht grau.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem industriell geprägten Stadtgebiet. Die gesamte Umgebung war extrem verschmutzt und ungepflegt. Überall lagen große Mengen Müll – Plastik, Kleidung, Sperrmüll und andere Abfälle. Hinzu kamen starke Geruchsbelästigungen, die von Urin bis zu verrottenden Essensresten reichten. Der in der Beschreibung suggerierte Meerblick existiert praktisch nicht. Vom Balkon blickt man überwiegend auf eine Baustelle. Die Terrasse ist aufgrund des starken Verkehrs kaum nutzbar, da es dort den ganzen Tag über sehr laut ist. Der Strand direkt gegenüber war in einem erschreckenden Zustand und glich eher einer Mülldeponie als einem Ort zum Baden oder Erholen. Eine derart verschmutzte Umgebung haben wir auf unseren Reisen noch nie erlebt. Das war eine echte Enttäuschung. Leider machte auch die Innenstadt von Palermo keinen wesentlich besseren Eindruck. An vielen Stellen roch es intensiv nach Urin, und die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt sehr zu wünschen übrig.
