As a special feature, this house has its own boat dock. You can bring your boat here and start your excursions right from the front door. The galleried second floor offers a beautiful view due to the large panoramic windows that stretch from the floor to the roof. So you can enjoy the unique view of the enchanting landscape, the water and the colorful hustle and bustle of the harbor from different corners of the house. On the open terrace you will find garden furniture as well as a barbecue, so you can enjoy outdoor meals together.
