Zeer goed uitgerust appartement, zo'n beetje alles wat je nodig kunt hebben is aanwezig. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk en staat ter beschikking voor de huurders van het appartement. Aangezien hier één appartement in een huis is gerealiseerd, heb je dus een privézwembad. Bewoners van het huis maken geen gebruik van het zwembad als er gasten zijn.
Het is een erg klein appartement. De slaapverdieping is gemaakt op een vide net onder het dak. Hierdoor kun je daar niet rechtop staan, erg onhandig.
