A little noisy with traffic..tricky security apartment doors ..I think if instruction sheet was stuck on the inside/outside of apt door (do’s and dont’s) it would’ve been easier for us to follow and figure out…and we wouldn’t have locked ourselves out 😂 …we had to get it sorted out with Filip

Great choice

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient. Check-in was super easy with a code, so no need to worry about keys, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. Parking was nearby at the public parking lot, and since we came during the off-season, it was free. The apartment itself is well-sized for 4 people, and we managed with 5. However, when the sofa bed was pulled out, space got a bit tight, and we had to move the table to access the other rooms. It wasn’t a big problem, just something to keep in mind if you’re coming with a larger group.

Basic apartment suitable for a short stay.

Great location close to the marina and a short walk to the old town. The apartment is basic and minimally equipped, but it was clean and secure. Although some aspects of the apartment were not ideal, we still had a reasonably comfortable stay.

The kitchen facilities were sparse, with no tea towel and only two bowls, plates, etc, making it difficult to eat a meal and have clean crockery for the next one without running the dishwasher half full. The hot water pressure is low, and the shower head has a bad design, resulting in a suboptimal shower experience. We were in town during a fierce storm and were unable to close the shutters, as they had been “fixed” open, but one had come loose and was banging, with no way of keeping it shut.

A beautifully decorated, perfectly clean apartment with a breathtaking sea view and a cozy balcony, in a great location

Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful – tastefully decorated, perfectly clean, and so inviting. We felt at home from the very first moment. The location is great: just a 10-minute walk to restaurants, cafés, and other lovely spots, and there’s a Spar supermarket only 4 minutes away. The view of the sea from the apartment is breathtaking, and the balcony with its comfortable seating made it the perfect place to relax. Everything was just right – peaceful, well-designed, and full of good energy. We truly enjoyed every moment and hope we’ll be lucky enough to come back someday. 🥰

Perfect place to stay for visiting Trieste and surrounding area

Lovely view from balcony. Balcony at side of apartment which was tucked into leafy cliff so remained lovely and cool throughout the day. Very comfortable beds including the very large sofa bed, which was the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. Apartment appeared recently renovated with good quality fittings and was very clean. Had everything we needed. From dishwasher with a supply of tablets to roll of kitchen paper in kitchen. Plenty of towels in drawers and plenty of spare bin bags. Air conditioning worked well which was wonderful. Beach club 5 mins walk away. Supermarket 5 mins walk away. Marina swimming pool about 2 minutes away which had lovely views over marina. We didn’t use it as plenty of other beach options but think we could have paid to use it. Muggia around 10 to 15 minutes walk which had lots of lively bars and restaurants going very late on into night. Had a lovely locals feel to it. Bus stop outside apartment for going either into Muggia or further out along coast. Lovely bar on bar on Boa beach front which we used the bus to get from and to. Buses frequent and cheap and easy to use by tapping cards. Frequent buses between Muggia and Trieste too. Great ferry to and from Trieste about 10 minutes walk away. And other ferries along coast from Trieste once you get there.

Excellent property, everything was clean, tidy, as on pictures. We haven't met the owner, but he was kind in chat and gave all the necessary instructions.

You can hear the street in the night, but it's not a big deal.

A great place for a little seaside getaway!

The location is great, you can enjoy the view across the whole bay of Trieste from the balcony. I also loved the possibility to rent a parking spot in the garage right across the street. The studio is brand new and well equipped. A really enjoyable stay for us. You have the historic centre of Muggia and several great places to eat in walking distance. Also, take the ferry instead of the car to go to Trieste. But you can take the car and make a nice roadtrip down the coast to Slovenia or even Croatia, since you are super close to the border.

The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the soft mattress. But this is a personal preference, if you like a soft bed you will love it, if you prefer a harder bed you will have to adapt.

Exceptional

Dear San Rocco team, thank you for the great vocation with you! It was so nice trip. I recommend Sweet apartments for everybody who want to spend time on the sea side. Location is perfect: nice sea view, beach (free and privet) nearby, city centre with restaurants, parking. Apartments has everything what you need, it is very comfortable. Filip is a great employee, he waited for us just to help to make the ch-in after midnight, was very gentle, we are really appreciated. Thank you once again, hope to return back.

We were surprised by the nice location

Location is very good. The beach, the supermarket and restaurants can be reached by foot, as well as a public boat to Triest. A perfect view over the nice little sailing harbour from the balcony. Although we have got the apartment entry code per email, Filip has met us upon our arrival and provided full support to us. We thank Filip very much for always being reachable for our questions, via phone or personally.

Well Managed Accommodation for a Reasonable Price in a Fantastic Location.

Location (right across the street from the sea), price and the host (Filip) were all great. Room was modern with new appliances etc. Shower had plants of water pressure and hot water. The air conditioning worked very well and if the windows were closed no noise from the street could be heard inside. There is secure private and public parking available right across the street for a very reasonable fee. As far as security goes, the apartment uses a key-code instead of a physical key, has a very secure door and the hallways are monitored via CCTV. Initially I was concerned about the surrounding area (even though it is nice) due to the security features, but all of the people that we encountered were polite and courteous.

It could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. We also had some minor issues with the WiFi, but this was due to the ISP, not the property.

Superb

Apartman was awesome, and on awesome place. If you are traveling without car there's bus station in front of the apartment, and you will need about 50min to Trieste. Very comfortable bed, and you can arrive when you want. You will get the code fore front dor and fore room. No keys needed. Top.

We have a little problem to contact person about our parking spot, but actually you don't have to reserve one because 20m away is public one fore 7e per day from 8am to 8pm.

Esperienza positiva

La posizione in località San Rocco è buona, a circa 15' a piedi dal Duomo e con un ampio parcheggio quasi di fronte (sembra tuttavia logico supporre che la comodità, come pure la gratuità, dipendano dalla bassa stagione). I termosifoni, che non si erano riscaldati la prima notte, sono stati prontamente riattivati dal gentile gestore. Muggia Bassa è piacevole, anche per i molti bar e ristoranti; la parte alta merita soprattutto per la Basilica di Santa Maria Assunta (affreschi molto antichi, alcuni di buona mano) da cui si gode una strepitosa vista sul Golfo di Trieste.

Anche se l'appartamento si affaccia sul porto di San Rocco, la vista è quasi preclusa se si alloggia in una delle due mansarde, che hanno finestre piccole e alte. Lo stabile e l'appartamento si presentano bene; alcune imperfezioni dovute all'uso saranno corrette dagli imminenti lavori di manutenzione.

Atmosfera fabiosa

E' un complesso di appartamenti. Il mio era il nr.09. ultimo piano, sottotetto. L'appartamento era in ordine. le mini dimensioni in cui è stato ricavato, permettevano di avere una camera matrimoniale di giuste dimensioni e altri due letti erano in una sorta di ripostiglio. Le travi molto basse: pur facendo attenzione ho sbattuto diverse volte la testa. Il bagno, non era provvisto di bidet, ma del doccino in sua sostituzione. Non vi erano i kit di cortesia quali shampoo e saponi, e non c'era il tappetino scendidoccia, ma solo un tappetino sotto il lavabo. La caffetteria priva di manico era inutilizzabile. La connessione WiFi è ottima. Non avendo utilizzato la cucina non posso dire nulla sulla dotazione e funzionalità. Soggettivamente, i materassi erano molto morbidi, tant'è che l'ultima notte per evitare il mal di schiena abbiamo dormito sulle panche della cucina e del soggiorno rivestite con dei cuscini. Nonostante le gelide temperature esterne l'appartamento era caldo. E vi è la possibilità di regolare internamente la temperatura. Non è dotato di chiave fisica, ma di codice numerico per aprire la porta. A 800 metri dal centro di Muggia, e ad una ventina di km dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Trieste e da Capodistria. Ottima posizione, non solo perché fronte mare e vista sul golfo, ma soprattutto, perché è una giusta equidistanza tra le località che ci si è prefissati di visitare, da Lubiana (SLO) a Fiume e Pola (HR) a Cividale del Friuli (I) tutte raggiungibili in poco più di un'ora di auto. Phiip che ci ha accolto, è stato davvero molto disponibile. Nel complesso, tolto la morbidezza dei materassi, che è più una nostra abitudine dormire su quelli più rigidi, il soggiorno posso giudicarlo Ottimo

Dogodna lokalizacja, wyposażona kuchnia, elastyczna obsługa dostępna cały czas na whatsapp. Piękny widok z balkonu.

Odpadająca szafa przy łóżku, codzienny brak prądu spowodowany awarią instalacji elektrycznej - to elementy wprowadzające poczucie braku bezpieczeństwa. Przestronność apartamentu również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Apartament zawiera dwie sypialnie, salon z kuchnią i niedużą łazienkę co zdecydowanie nie jest wymiarem oferowanym w ogłoszeniu jako 65m2 - apartament jest znacząco mniejszy.

Összességében kellemes volt, szívesen visszatérünk még.

A szállásadó cég folyamatosan kontaktot tartott velünk. Megérkezésünkre egy hölgy már várt is bennünket a parkolóban. Az apartman tiszta, világos volt. A kilátás a kikötőre csodálatos. A fürdő, wc szépen felújított, abszolút higiénikus. Parkolási lehetőség (06.01-től 09.30-ig fizetős, napi 7 EUR) szinte szemben az épülettel. Muggia belvárosa alig néhány száz méter és végig a tengerpart mentén tudsz közelekedni.

Az ágy számunkra túlságosan puha felületű volt. A gipszkarton jellegű falak meglehetősen vékonyak voltak, sok minden behallatszott a folyósóról. Nagyon kellene egy mikrosütő és egy kenyérpirító a konyhai szekcióba. Érdemes figyelni, hogy a megadott érkezési időpont utáni érkezésnél extra díjat számítanak fel.

Lage der Apartments, sehr neuwertig, Filip war sehr engagiert und freundlich

Batterien des Fernsehreglers waren leer musste Filip anschreiben der dann Batterien gebracht hat, Nachttischlampe hat nicht funktioniert (sollte vor jeder Vermietung schon alles kontrolliert werden, ob Lichter etc funktionieren) und es gab keine österreichischen Sender bzw kein Netflix (im 21. jhdt sollte es Standard sein Netflix oder ähnliches anzubieten bzw bereitzustellen (ein Firestick kostet 30 Euro) Bettmatratze war schon sehr abgelegen wie wir fanden.

Az autista felnőtt fiammal érkeztünk és 2 éjjelt töltöttünk a szálláson. Minden úgy volt, ahogy a hirdetésben is szerepelt. Filip várt minket, kedves volt, segítőkész és abszolút minden segítséget megkaptunk, ami a nehézségeinket könnyíthette. Hálásan köszönjük! Visszatérünk :)

Lage Muggia an sich sehr nett Check In einfach und unkompliziert Check out auch Apartment generell okay, aber Verbesserungspotential!

Ausstattung der Küche: Zu wenig große Teller (nur 2, 1 war kaputt - für 4 Personen), wenig Besteck, keine Kaffeemaschine (Bialetti war nicht Induktions tauglich und ohne Henkel (Verbrennungen beim eingießen), kein Toaster, keine Mikrowelle, kein Ofen Ausstattung generell Nur Dachschrägen, überall! Im Bad konnten wir uns nicht gut im Spiegel sehen Kein Kinderhochstuhl Unser Apartment war nicht Barrierefrei zu erreichen, mussten den Kinderwagen jeden Tag mehrmals über Stufen tragen Somit das ganze Apartment nicht familienfreundlich (zumindest nicht mit kleinen Kindern) Zum Schluss zur Sauberkeit Am ersten Blick ordentlich Aber bei genauerem hinsehen Sehr viel Dreck und Staub in Ecken und Winkeln, hinter der Schiebetüre Im Bad Schimmel in den Fugen Die "Couch" Polster komplett verdreckt. Alles in allem sind wir enttäuscht - vor allem um den Preis! Und wir waren schon in vielen Appartments in Italien und auch anderswo .

Közel volt a tengerpart az erkély is jó volt. A szállás elfoglalása könnyen ment, minden rendben volt. A szobához járt egy külön parkoló rész egy mély garázsban az távolabb volt de jó volt mert az utcán fizetős a parkolás.

Közvetlen a forgalmas út mellett volt így éjszaka hangos volt a forgalom. Mi 5-en mentünk a kanapét lehetett kinyitni még, ami kényelmes volt csak így sok helyet foglalt.

Útulné a čisté ubytovanie s krásnym výhľadom na prístav, veľmi dobrá lokalita kúsok od pláže, pešia dostupnosť do obchodu aj do centra, veľmi dobré vybavenie. Všetko sa nám páčilo, len by sme odporučili do apartmánu doplniť sieťky na okná a práčku. Pre nás ako partiu kamarátov na trojdňový pobyt bol tento apartmán skvelou voľbou.

A környék nagyon tetszett, biztosan visszajövünk még ide.

Szép volt a kilátás, minden közel volt a szálláshoz, ami fontos: óváros, strand, bolt. Az autó a közeli parkolóházban lett elhelyezve, biztonságban tudtuk. Tökéletes hely a kirándulásokhoz is, a környék nevezetességei könnyen megközelíthetőek autóval ( Koper, Lipica, Miramare-kastély ), vagy hajóval. ( Trieszt ) A szállásadónk várt minket, könnyen és hamar el tudtuk foglalni az apartmanunkat. Muggia óvárosa elvarázsolt minket. Közvetlenül a szállás előtt van a buszmegálló, busszal is kényelmesen meg lehet közelíteni a közeli strandokat, éttermeket, szórakozó helyeket, ha az ember nem akar autóba ülni.

A főút mellett van közvetlenül a szállás, nappal és éjszaka is nagy a forgalom. Kisebb edény, amiben tejet lehetett volna melegíteni a kávéhoz, vagy mikrohullámú sütő jól jött volna. Reméljük, hamar befejeződik az építkezés a szomszédban.

Posizione dell'appartamento buona per chi desidera raggiungere punti visita su Trieste e non solo e allo stesso tempo per poter trascorrere qualche ora di tranquillità fronte mare. Buona la posizione per parcheggio e servizi. Disponibilità dell'host per compensare materiale di prima necessità incompleto rispetto al numero ospiti.

La mancanza di appendiabiti a muro in camera e bagno che vista la numerosità degli ospiti avrebbero reso più agevole la gestione spazio. Pulizia non particolarmente accurata del frigo.

Obiekt położony w pięknym miejscu, tuż obok portu, z części apartamentów piękny widok na morze. Gospodarz pomocny i zaangażowany.

W apartamencie na parterze bliskość ulicy i przeprowadzany obok remont - sprawiają, że jest bardzo duża różnica jakości wypoczynku pomiędzy apartamentami na piętrze a na dole - cena powinna być zróżnicowana.

die Lage

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuschend. Es gab zahlreiche Probleme in der Wohnung: Die Dusche war verstopft– eine der Duschtüren war beschädigt und ließ sich kaum benutzen. Das Schloss an der Toilettentür funktionierte nicht, die Tür konnte man nicht abschließen. Die Waschmaschine war defekt und der Kühlschrank komplett eingefroren, sodass man keine Lebensmittel lagern konnte. In der Wohnung waren Ameisen, und die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und voller Haare. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nicht direkt an der Unterkunft, und die bereitgestellte Parkkarte funktionierte nur teilweise, was sehr umständlich war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schlecht – auf Nachrichten wurde sehr spät oder gar nicht reagiert, und Probleme wurden nicht behoben. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Service. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
