Beautiful property and great location away from traffic noise but close to everything at the same time.

Lovely family run rooms, close to bars, restaurants and beaches

Fjola was very welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable with a fridge, coffee machine and air con, and very close to the port and all the bars, restaurants and beaches (3 minute walk). The vibrant nightlife around the port was a 5 minute walk and Ksamil easily accessible by bus. A very enjoyable stay.

Very spacious room, bright, clean and close to the port. Nice patio area and very close to the beach. Room as per pictures, immaculate. Very nice lady met us and showed us around

The place is brand new. Bed and linen very comfortable. Coffee machine was nice surprise. Location is very good, 3 min from port and 5 min from promenade. There is small beach in front. Very helpful staff. I would stay here again for sure!

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at Suncoast Saranda, it was the best we had in Albania! The apartment is very well equipped and extremely clean. And the location is great, just walk around the building and you're on the beach! When we left, Fiola gave us a small gift as a souvenir, so nice! Next time we come back to Saranda we will stay here again. Absolutely to recommend!

Price is good, cleaning should be improved

the host was super efficient and friendly, when i got there I texted her and she was at the room within 2 minutes, she explained how everything works, the beach that was close, supermarkets, restaurants, etc and how to leave the key on my way out, easy. It is a 3 min walk from Sarande Port, I stayed there because I had to leave early the next day and it was perfect. Rooms are small but enough for one person or a couple, big terrace with table and chairs although the view is blocked by a big net.

The bathroom was not clean, I send pictures to the owner, she came and looked told me thank you and left. There was hair in the shower and under the bathroom that I had to clean since they didn't do it, the mirror had some clear stains. Wi-fi was working but extremely slow.

Bon plan pour prendre le ferry

L'emplacement très pratique pour aller prendre le ferry. L'excellente literie, l'accueil d'une gentille dame souriante. La machine à café et le défroisseur qui amène un vrai plus. La proximité de bons restaurants.

Beaucoup de peine à trouver l'entrée du logement. Un panneau clair serait des plus recommandés. Une douche pensée également pour la gante féminine car il n'y a qu'une douche italienne qui est fort peu pratique pour elles. Odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain fort peu agréable. Les moustiques déjà présents dans la chambre à notre arrivée d'où piqûres assurées.

Excelente, recomendo!

Excelente localização próximo do porto, bem como paragem de autocarro (para deslocação fácil entre os outros pontos turísticos como o parque nacional ou Ksamil). Imensos restaurantes, bares e supermercado próximos. Ótimas condições, cama confortável, tudo limpo e cheiroso. E tem um pequeno pátio onde se pode desfrutar. A Host foi muito simpática e forneceu todas as indicações e dicas para tornar a nossa estadia ainda melhor, e esteve sempre disponível. Há várias praias privadas e públicas próximas e a walking distance. Recomendo!

Camera moderna, pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Ottima la posizione centrale.

Poca privacy con gli altri ospiti. C’è solo una grande porta che funge anche da finestra, la cui tenda aperta toglie tutta la privacy. Purtroppo a causa di questo non si può godere di luce naturale in stanza senza essere visti dall’esterno. Inoltre sarebbe preferibile un cambio asciugamani anche per soggiorni brevi.

Gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria , oltre a parlare italiano , per noi cosa molto gradita, ci ha dispensato di consigli in merito a ristoranti, fermate autobus ecc ecc , la camera molto pulita e graziosa è in una posizione favolosa, 1 minuto dalla spiaggia 3 minuti dal porto (utile se si arriva da Corfù) e a 5 minuti dalla fermata autobus per ksamil

Lung, tyst läge för rummet! Nära till allt stranden, restauranger och affärer. Fin terass utanför. Familjen som tog hand om rummen jätte fina, hjälpsamma och vänliga! Kaffebryggaren är ett plus! Bilden är från Onda beach bakom rummen. Prisvärt strand.

Kanske flera galgal i skåpet kunde vara bra att ha och en liten stol/pall under bordet?

Ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli. Nulla è accomodato o affidato al caso. Complimenti alla proprietaria per il buon gusto e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Di fronte una spiaggia di ciottoli raggiungibile in 2 minuti e circondata da locali e negozi. Piacevole i'area relax nel patio.Nonostante gli appartenenti siano uno al fianco dell altro, sono ben disimpegnati . La chicca resta la macchina del caffè Lavazza! Per gli italiani, un lusso che non passa inosservato. Consigliatissimo
