A lot of supermarkets and convenience stores and drug stores, mall nearby. Located in a quiet area, near train station. Host was very responsive. Cameras outside the stay. Comfy bed, fully functioning heating system. Full amenities, loved the separate toilet and bath layout. Very responsive host.

A bit of a delay with the check-in instructions, the booking.com link was not functioning same with the Directions. So we had to look for a bit where the house was.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d'Anna. L'appartement est très confortable et on s'y sent vite comme chez soi. Il est bien équipé (réfrigérateur, bouilloire, machine à laver...), ce qui est vraiment pratique quand on reste une semaine à Tokyo. Il a aussi l'avantage d'être situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare d'Ikebukuro, une gare très bien desservie qui permet de rejoindre facilement les différents quartiers de la ville. C'est aussi un quartier très vivant avec plein de restaurants. Pour autant, l'appartement est calme car en retrait de l'agitation. Donc super séjour pour ce premier voyage à Tokyo. Anna a également su m'aider très vite dès que j'avais besoin. Merci 🙏🏻

The location was excellent, right next to a major train station that could take you any where. But far enough away that the trains didn't keep us up or bother us. Not to mention all the bars, pub, and clubs just a moments walk away!

The only thing I didn't like was how thin the walls are, as an American I struggle with volume control so even a whisper felt loud. Oh yeah and the hot water too some figuring out. It was part of the A/C control.

The staff is responsive and cooperative. Helping to ensure best comfort of the stay.
