God beliggenhed. Tæt på stranden og gaden med alle restauranter og butikker. Rent. Godt med aircondition og blæser.

Vandet løb ud af badet og ind på værelset når man var i bad. Der var ingen knager eller steder at hænge ting til tørre, på trods af det er et sted hvor man bader meget. Kun stik på den ene side af dobbeltsengen. Meget stejl stige op til værelset.

Great location, two blocks from the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely and attentive. The garden was very cool for chilling. The room was new and nice, high ceiling, private bathroom and kitchen. There is 1 high chair for the kitchen top and a 1 bench. A couple of hooks or a shelf will make a huge difference.

They offer the bare minimum and it’s a shame. There are some beautiful huge window ma but zero curtains or privacy film on the glass so everyone can see inside, all the way into the bathroom. The stream of water in the kitchen sink was so small it took forever to wash a cup. Also the gas stove had the smallest flame ever, so took forever to boil water for coffee. The shower will leak all the way out of the bathroom and into the room, which was tricky considering there is no wardrobe, chair or table to put your clothes or bag, so most of your stuff goes on the ground.

The location is a good just one street after the main road in punta zicatela where all the restaurants/bars are. also really near and conveniently located for the beach side of things. The male host was always appreciative of the business. There is a coffee with some food in the front door that i didnt use but i think its ok. The room is big enough and it has dishes, cutlerry, ac, ceiling ventilator and a tv flat/minifridge/coffe machine (last 3 i didnt use)

It was a last minute reservation at the end of the year (you get... whatever you get), but for the price i was expecting: to have a clean matress, sheets/towel to be changed each 2 days, toilet paper for the ammount of stay.... Sound is to be heard from the business around so if you are an early sleeper take that into account/use earplugs. First day I had a situation where i was cleaning the room and the sheets got stucked in the fan so they got dirty, no ripped or anything, an the lady host begrudgingly was giving me new sheets, and that she needed to inspect them in order to check that they didnt get damaged... As i were removing the sheets, thats when i found the really poor state of a massively stained matress... after that akward interchange i got out of water the first of january, fortunately they were able to solve it, but i needed to take a shower in another room that didnt have a door in the shower... i mean after that i didnt even ask for toilet paper as i feel that i might be even kicked out for being so brave, so i just tried to make the best of my experience in the town. I feel that they are starting the business... but if they want to be in the hospitaly business. they should be... hospitable. I wish them luck to improve their business as they are in a really good spot.
