We did not stay here due to discomfort and security of the place

The location of the property has a lot of dust, unpaved road with no beach view. The access to the beach is not comfortable nor that quick to get to. It is not that close to the center town where all the restaurants and bars are. This is better if you have a car or a scooter. I would not feel comfortable walking here from town at night. Inside the home, bedroom is stale and the main sliding doors do no lock! Anyone can hop over the walls and take your passport or valuables during the day or come in at night while you sleep. Host was not as responsive as we wished she was. You may have issues contacting her if you need quick help. This place would be better once construction is done and owner puts locks on doors and windows. For now, I do not recommend this place. WE LEFT AFTER TWO HOURS IN THE VILLA AFTER FINDING OUT THE PLACE DID NOT LOCK.
