Schoonmaken kon beter en er lag nog afval en was van vorige huurders , klacht werd na contact met de host wel gelijk opgepakt en opgelost.

Locatie, grootte, mooie tuin en netjes

De keuken is aan vervanging toe

Een mooi ruim huis in een rustige omgeving.

Jammer dat de mooie tuin niet zo goed was bijgehouden, het begint een beetje te vervallen door niet voldoende onderhoudt en dat is zonde. Ook het terras was bijvoorbeeld niet geveegd en was viezig waardoor het er slordig uitzag.

The house is spacious

Everything is worn out. The couch, the furniture, the beds, everything has been worn out. The biggest issue is that the house had a discrete smell of animals (property accepts animals), hair of which you could see on the staircase that has an old but stained carpet. One of the beds (medium size) was so worn out that the springs could be felt and much more, were very uncomfortable when sleeping. The bed sheets are dark colour which are usually a red flag and maybe the owner should switch to white (only a suggestion), this including the bathroom towels. The leather couch maybe fancy but unless the leather is in good condition i don’t see the point in having one. Cracks, smell of animals were present unfortunately. The exterior (garden) was ok, the back of the house contains a lot of items but many of them have no use, like decorative broken pots and dead plants and full cigarette ashtrays, did not feel very well prepared for renting. I honestly wanted to leave after the first night but being tired and having a long drive up ahead I stayed the full two nights which i was not happy to do. On the last day the neighbours brought a car by crane at 23:00 and made a lot of noise for a full hour, just enough to ruin a good night’s sleep but this is not really the owner’s fault. I just wanted to mention my full experience and unfortunate surprise of the state of the property. I am not suggesting to change the entire house, however the attention to details was not really taken serious. Lastly the neighbourhood was quiet but somewhat not really attractive by anything. It is ok but nothing to write home about.
