How clean and easy it was to locate hot tub was magnificent

The caravan hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, due to a mix up with arrival date, but this was quickly sorted after we rang the owner and within 30 minutes the cleaner arrived. The hot tub was great and the deck area was good with lots of seating. The caravan was very nice, comfy furniture, tv, and spotlessly clean. Lots of storage space in all bedrooms, shower in main bathroom was good and en suite toilet/washbasin in main bedroom useful. Kitchen well supplied with pots, pans, crockery etc. we took our own t towels and washing up liquid but there were some there on arrival. As usual with self catering we took bath towels and toiletries, and anything we forgot was available in nearby shops. We had a great stay, very relaxing and made good use of the hot tub, after a week of scorching hot weather it was good to cool off with the temperature set low. We would certainly return. The caravan is in a gated area and even though we were there over Bank Holiday week it was very peaceful, apart from occasional noise from nearby clubhouse(?) and the Typhoons flying over in the mornings, from 9 am, , they were great to watch but very loud so others might need to consider this if they are sensitive to noise.

No complaints, but a few suggestions. It was disappointing that we were not advised we needed a Pass to use the swimming pool,and other facilities. And inside the caravan there was no information about the site or the caravan, this didn’t affect us but maybe could be useful to others. There were also a few ants, maybe some ant traps could be useful around the perimeter of the van.

The caravan was nice and modern, felt homely, had everything we needed, location good, loved the outside seating area with hot tub

The carpets could have done with a good hoover when we arrived, everything else felt clean though, the hot tub Bubbles didnt work which we was abit disappointed with and WiFi didnt work very good

Very clean, beds was comfortable. Well equipped
