Fantastic location on the Alte Donau with easy transport links around Vienna

Danuberoom is located just outside Vienna City Centre immediately adjoining and overlooking the old Danube lake. Miles and miles of lakeside walks, cycleways, and other leisure amenities on your doorstep. Westfield Austria's biggest shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Lots of food options. City Centre 10 miutes by public transport. The U1 line serves all the main city attractions. Had the best of both worlds during our weeks' stay in August 2025. Busy City when we wanted and most enjoyable lakeside amenities when we wanted more relaxation. We found the apartment safe, secure, and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Has air-conditioning and large tv with access to Netflix and so on.. The large balcony got sun up to about 3 p.m. Landlord Mike, who lives adjoining in a separate apartment helpfully and quickly answered any questions we sent via the Booking.com app but otherwise didn't impose. Having surpassed all our expectations, the combination of all the above made for a fantastic experience and enjoyable holiday. We will definitely be back to Vienna and the Danuberoom apartment sometime in the near future and would highly recommend.

Muy buena situación del apartamento con una terraza muy bonita y con unas vistas espectaculares. La cocina aunque no la utilizamos estaba muy bien equipada y el anfitrión siempre muy pendiente de nosotros. Centro Comercial muy cercano.

Todo perfecto.
