1 Min to Metro I Balcony I 20 Min to Inner City

Znakomita lokalizacja, tuż przy stacji metra U1, wszystkie atrakcje Wiednia są dostępne w 25 minut. Jedna stacja metra od taniego parkingu, za 4 dni zapłaciłem niecałe 19 euro (cały Wiedeń jest jedną wielką strefą płatnego parkowania). Polecił mi go właściciel, za co bardzo dziękuję. W mieszkaniu jest zmywarka i kapsułki! Jest też ekspres do kawy, ale już bez kapsułek. Duży market jest tylko 50 metrów od mieszkania. Na wyposażeniu był wiatrak.

W upalne dni wiatrak nie dawał rady. Przydałaby się klimatyzacja. Łazienka ma kiepską wentylację. Łóżko córki było jakieś wybrakowane. Mieszkanie nieco głośne, na parterze jest restauracja czynna do późnych godzin. Nie dało się zaś zamknąć okien z powodu wysokiej temperatury.

Very good location. It is close to the metro and there are many grocery stores nearby.

Noise from outside. Sometimes even at very late hours or in the early morning.

The location of the apartment is extremely convenient. In less than a minute walk you have a supermarket, a bakery, a fruit and vegetables stand and a kebab shop. Under the flat there is Gelato, ice cream and a bar. The metro station is 2 minutes away.

We were a family with one child of 16 years. She had to sleep on the sofa bed. This was the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on. Basically in the middle were two wooden planks and because the sofa is too old the foam was missing. There’s only one position to sleep - on your side, so the wood can be in the arch of your waist. It was painfull. The apartment is perfect for 2 persons. Do not use the sofa bed.
