About this house rental
Have fun with the whole family in this newly built home! Featuring a modern lifestyle and located within 15 minutes of the historical Old Town of St. Augustine. This large home is sure to impress, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably and views of the water right outside the back door. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids to gather and is equipped with a crib for anyone with babies. There are two master suites, one on each floor of the home. Come spend an affordable vaca in style!
New built community within 15 minutes of old town Saint Augustine. This is a peaceful family friendly neighborhood with a small park for children.
You will want to have a vehicle or other motorized means of transportation to get around.
Smoking inside property will result in card on file being charged $250 de-smoke fee. This is NOT included in Damage Waiver. No Parties, No Underage Drinking. Guest booking MUST be guest checking-in (No Bait and Switch Bookings). No mail or packages are allowed to be shipped to this property, the mailbox is locked and property management does not have key.
Damage Waiver Disclaimer:
I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Krista was an excellent hostess.. any time I had a question she responded quickly… the house is spacious and very comfortable… our only problem was an ant problem which they immediately responded to and sent out a pest control within hours

Great House! We wish the location was a little closer to TPC Sawgrass but overall, no complaints when you can get there from Nocatee. Good neighborhood, lots of space and plenty of room.Loft area on 2nd floor is great for relaxing and watching games on the big screen! There should be more trash bags left for a group of 4-5 who’s there for multiple days.We would rent the house again!!

Kid FriendlyPros:- Lots of room(s) and the rooms are well furnished and make sense for littles- Separate family room is excellent play area- High chair, crib, and babygate all clean- 3 bathrooms have bathtubsCons:-Yard is 100% NOT littles friendly and covered in fire ants.- One of our kids cut their foot deep enough to bleed on a loose piece of flooring while playing- Lots of low down/easily breakable decor that is very tempting for grabby toddlers. (Easily moved to higher shelves though!)CleanlinessPros - The kitchen and bathrooms were clean- Dishwasher worked well- Overall clean! Cons- Could use a few more trash cans- Ant infestation in upper bedroom led to ants crawling all over one couple while they slept - Not a con, per se, but bring dish detergent and trash bags if you have a large group and plan to cook, only 3 kitchen trash bags provided and 3 dish washer pods. Glad they were provided, but our group was larger and used about 2 detergent pods per meal to keep up with dishes and 1 trash bag a day. ComfortPros - All the mattresses were SUPER comfy. Not the usual rental quality matress that messes your back up for a week. - Bathrooms and showers were spacious- Other furniture comfyCons- AC stopped working partway through our stay and it got up to 80 degrees. Filter for the upstairs unit looked like it had never been changed. Ask about this if you have asthma. Host had a tech out & it worked good enough for the rest of our stay
