Bring the whole family and lots of friends to make memories together! These are TWO beautifully decorated homes, right next to each other. Newly constructed, open layout and SPACIOUS with 8 bedrooms, 6 baths, 6 TVs, 2 laundry rooms, etc. Location is very close to downtown St Augustine (5 minute drive)! Ideal for large groups - Wedding groups, bachelorettes, family re-unions! 2 Fire-pits! 2 new hot tubs! 2 kitchens and 2 grills. All of St Augustine's charm and fun less than 2 miles away!

We had such a great stay—all 13 of us! Plenty of room and both homes were clean and check in was super easy! Short drive to downtown to get to all the fun! Would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our time at your beautiful property. Everything was described perfectly, check in was flawless and communication with the owner was quick and easy! We would definitely return, our two familes fit very comfortably, we had everything that we needed, we enjoyed the ability to have enough space to have quality family time in the kitchen, at the large dining table and outside in the beautiful back yard around the firepits. The neighborhood is quiet. Driving to downtown, to tourist areas or to nice grocery stores was very simple. Thank you for a great stay!
