About this house rental
Recently renovated to a high standard is this bright and spacious 3 bed house, right in the Centre of Bourton On The Water. Arguably one of the jewels in the Cotswolds crown, you will not be disappointed with everything that the area has to offer!
As you walk through the front door, you are welcomed by a big bright entrance. On your left is the spacious and comfortable living area, complete with open plan fireplace. Next to the living area is a cosy relaxation and reading room. With a beautiful open plan kitchen and dining area attached, this property is perfect for memorable evenings catching up over a home cooked meal after a big day exploring the Cotswolds.
Opposite the living room is the first bedroom, complete with a King bed and along the corridor is the bathroom, with bath/shower and toilet.
At the end of the corridor is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you would need to cook up a storm here! From the backdoor of the kitchen, is the spacious private paved garden area, perfect for relaxing in the sun in the garden furniture of cooking on the BBQ.
Upstairs you will find the newly renovated second and master bedroom with en-suite, both fit also with brand new king beds.
