We were met at the apartment by Tony, who was with the property management group. He was informative, walked us to our parking spot under the building, took us through the apartment and explained how the keys and garage gate remote worked. The location was right at the end/start of the walkway along the sea and shops. It was close to everything and very walkable. The apartment was large, comfortable and had plenty of seating along with a large part overlooking the sea. It was perfect for what I was looking for and would happily return.

Very central and beautiful location, overlooking the sea. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner was very kind and even left us a bottle of Albanian brandy. There was underground parking directly below the building.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi — it definitely needs improvement, as I occasionally needed a reliable connection for work, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi here was barely functional.

Great

The 2 bedrooms apartment from the 7th floor has an absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. We spent our evenings just relaxing there with a glass of wine or beer. At the ground floor, in the building, there is an Italian restaurant with very good pizza. The location is great, close to the city beach, with a very nice promanade, lots of bars and restaurants, great atmosphere. The beach in Sarande is not so pretty, but we went to Ksamil and it was fabulous. The apartment was not so easy to find, we had to call for indications. We parked our car in the underground garage and it was safe. The bed are comfortable, the apartment is big, well equipped. The Wi Fi was good.

A microwave in the kitchen would be great. The showers can be improved, the water didn't drain properly. Also, little improvements in the apartment would be great: one door from a drawer in the kitchen didn't close well, on the living room table there is a plate with some plastic fruits (looking very real) and some of them are bitten and other small stuff. But nothing serious. Good price/quality report

Very good apartment

We were very satisfied. It is very nice and clean apartment in good location, close to city beach with its own parking spot underground. A lot of space in rooms and also in balcony. There is a beautiful view from 7th floor. Two separate air conditions provides high comfort in each room. Kitchen is well equiped so you can prepare your own meals. Good WiFi. Friendly host :) We definetely can recommend this apartment!

The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. The room was very clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. Great location with fantastic views

The location was great, and the views from the apartment fantastic. Close to many bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. Bus to Ksamil is directly outside, and the walk to the port is 15 minutes. We were there in off season, so a bit cold but the heating worked just fine.

I would suggest that a Microwave and a toaster would be a good investment in the future. The shower wets the floor and there is no mat so this would also be something to look at.

The view from the balcony - the apartment was in the 7th floor is incredible. The water pressure in the bathroom was really good, which we rarely experienced in Albania

Before the building entrance which has a lift, there are stairs which can be not a problem, but it's difficult with a pushchair

Fake accomodation

No seeview, no washing machine as booked and paid. No will to solve the problem. Not possible to pay by card as displayed on booking.com. Total fake. Avoid it.

Safe underground parking garage!

The location is very good! There is a club nearby, and I could hear the music on Saturday night which is when I was there. If you’re looking to go out, this spot is walking distance to the Orange Club! I booked this place because I needed a good parking garage; it is underground, spacious and safe! They even allowed me to keep my car there after checkout because I took the ferry to Corfu. It worked out well! The host met me on-site to give me the keys and collect payment. He was very nice and was waiting for me, which I highly appreciated! There is a grocery store downstairs if you need it!

Sarande is under development as it’s becoming more and more popular with tourists so at this time, there is a construction site which you can see and hear from the balcony. We didn’t have hot water - it may be because we didn’t know how to turn on the water heater because they do have one! It wasn’t a huge issue for us as we were only there one night, and I’m sure the host would have come to help me, but I didn’t want to bother the host.

Can’t go wrong staying here for location, value, size and facilities.

Fantastic location at the beginning of the Promenade with sweeping bay views and with choices of restaurants, cafes, bars at your doorstep. Just the two of us so Hosts kindly offered us the 1 Bedroom Apartment Room 38 on the 7th floor with direct sea views from the big balcony. The 2 bedroom apartment that we had originally booked was large also but only had side sea views (nice but no where as good as our 1 Bed gem). The small lift (enough room for max 2 persons with wheeled luggage and at a pinch a 3rd person) takes you from the underground carpark directly up the the apartment. Wifi worked well as did the washing machine, though I had to manually move the dial to the last rinse/spin to end the wash cycle so that the door would open. Apartment was large, even the bathroom and was nice to have “hygiene spray” beside the toilet. Good to have a fully enclosed shower though they could’ve made it bigger with so much space in the bathroom. Didn’t use the aircon that was only in the bedroom, despite 28/29oC temps. The apartment seemed to remain cool so not requiring the use of the aircon. Supermarket beside the Apartments. Didn’t use the small cooktop/stove. Fridge was a decent size - no bar fridge! A wonderful stay. A note in regards to arriving - the apartments are beside a small supermarket on one side (with a pedestrian crossing in front of it leading towards the Promenade), Sweet Liberty Bar on the other side and Italian restaurant called Mattarello on the ‘ground floor’ of the Apartments. By car, arrive on the side road (between SH8 & SH81) behind the apartments beside the “Big Market” (supermarket) and the carpark driveway is beside this BUT the Host will meet you in this side street to direct you to the Underground Car Park and help with your luggage if you call/text him before arriving to ensure he is on site.

A wonderful stay with only a few very minor items that could be improved upon - bath floor mat and tea towels to dry dishes would be good. The kettle needs to be descaled or replaced.
