I'd like the location, near the see with see view. Room was spacious very good for a family of tree. I had everything I needed in the room and the host Ardi was very friendly.
I did not like the fact that I had the room at first floor, and because of that it was very close to the street and in the evening, night was extremely noisy. You could not go to sleep with the balcony door opened to get some fresh air. Also the balcony door had some kind of defect and was not closing very well. During my stay there was a terrible storm with significant wind and I had to hold the door as I felt the power of the wind will put it down. If I would have received room at a higher floor, everything would have been perfect as the noise would not have been so intense, especially considering that I had my daughter with me and children are more sensitive. If I knew from the beginning that I will receive a room at the first floor, near the street were it can get very noisy, I would have chosen a different accomodations. It's too bad that this detail is not mentioned on the booking page before you make the booking.

What a wonderful week! Adri, the owner, was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. He was always available and helpful with everything. His knowledge of languages was an added bonus and made it much easier for us to handle everything with peace of mind.
I highly recommend staying here. You have everything you need right at your doorstep: the Italian bar downstairs from the hotel (they were also incredibly kind), a pharmacy, and the bus stop right outside. There’s also a supermarket less than 100 metres away. Everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at Apartments Serxhio in Sarandë. Everything was lovely from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying Sarandë.

No seeview, no washing machine as booked and paid. No will to solve the problem. Not possible to pay by card as displayed on booking.com.
Total fake. Avoid it.
