a relaxed place to stay

lida never stops working and nothing is too much trouble,even down to doing laundry for no charge.the location is good almost next door to a big hotel used as a pick up point by tour companies and stop for local transport

The most colorful building in Saranda 😃

The place is close to the city center, yet peacefully tucked away from the crowds. Everything is spotless, and the sheets and towels are changed every two to three days. The host is incredibly kind and always available if you need anything. I highly recommend this place!

Good value for money and wonderful service

Lida, the owner is wonderful. Morning is too much trouble and are really goes above and beyond for her guests. We had a sweet little balcony to sit on. Location was great.

Amazing experience with a delightful host!

Loved the colourful vibe. Lida was so helpful and had everything we needed when we asked. One bedroom apartment was small but really lovely and intimate. Amazing location also.

Lovely friendly hotel

Lida was a wonderful host, really friendly and helpful in providing local information, she even drove us to the bus station. Great location just a few minutes walk to the beachfront with plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved the balcony with sea view.

Great location with great views... but bring your own toilet paper!

The balcony had a very nice view on Saranda a you can see the sunset from it. The room was very big and bed comfortable. Parking was available inside the property which is very convenient. The location is good, 10 minutes walking from the centre of the city. The host is nice.

There seems to be some confusion about the type of property/service; the host told us that because this is an apartment, toilet paper was not provided and we were supposed to buy it. However, the flat only had a kitchenette, with no stoves and/or other furnishings you would normally find in an independent flat. The shower does not have curtains, however mop is provided to keep the toilet dry and clean.

100 m near the main boulevard. Wonderful seaview and city view. Everything is around you and also the city beach. Very clean rooms. The lady owner was so cooperative and helped you. Totally recommend

Comfortable accommodation

Kind, helpful hosts who fulfilled all our requests. The apartment was in the center, so we reached everything quickly. The beaches and the boat station were close. We parked our car in the yard of the house. Bed linen and towels were changed frequently. The air conditioner worked well, but it was a bit loud at night. There was no equipment in the kitchen, but everything we asked for was provided immediately. Mrs. Lida was very friendly, smiling and kind. Overall, it was a good choice.

The water came out of the shower with a little pressure, but it wasn't that big of a problem. The balcony could only be used in the morning hours and at sunset, because there was no shade.

Proprioetari accoglienti e sempre pronti ad aiutarti in ogni occasione. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto se volevamo caffè o acqua e fornito una lista di tutti i punti di interesse della zona.

La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e molto essenziale. Mobili e accessori molto vecchi. La doccia aperta costringe sempre a fare un lago per terra. Al bagno non c’è nessun mobile dove poggiare le cose.

La cercanía y amabilidad de Lida y Romeo fue excepcional. Teníamos que dejar la habitación por la mañana y como teníamos una excursión programada nos permitieron dejar el coche hasta nuestro regreso a la tarde! Sin duda repetiríamos! Faleminderit!!!

Saranda in famiglia

Delizioso appartamento al primo piano di una struttura completamente ristrutturata e centralissima a 100 metri dal corso principale di Saranda con comodissimo parcheggio essenziale per il traffico del posto. Pulizia estrema e gestori gentilissimi ed attentissimo alle nostre esigenze. Un particolare ringraziamento va alla signora Lida ed al figlio Omer che ha reso la nostra vacanza di dieci giorni incantevole.

Super!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Vila Lida e l’esperienza è stata davvero perfetta. La posizione è ideale: in soli 5 minuti si raggiungono sia il mare che la zona centrale della movida di Saranda. Un grande valore aggiunto è il parcheggio riservato, comodissimo soprattutto la sera, quando trovare posto in città diventa quasi impossibile. Ciò che però rende speciale questo alloggio è la signora Lida: accogliente, disponibile e sempre sorridente. È pronta ad aiutare in qualsiasi occasione, che si tratti di sistemare il parcheggio, fornire informazioni utili, effettuare un cambio in camera o perfino dare una mano con il bucato. Un posto che consigliamo senza esitazioni: le 5 stelle non bastano a rendere giustizia alla qualità del soggiorno!

Gastvrij!

Wat ons het meest beviel waren de lieve lieve Lida en zoon Omer, die je bij werkelijk alles willen helpen met plezier. Ze gaven ons een lijst met dingen om te doen in Sarande, en tips over wat te vermijden als tourist. Toen ik ziek was heeft Lida lekkere thee voor mij gemaakt. Wij voelden ons zo welkom, dank daarvoor. De locatie is top, op loopafstand, maar toch in een iets rustiger straatje. Je kan de muziek van de clubs wel horen, maar dit stopt op 12 uur . Na 2 dagen wordt je kamer helemaal schoongemaakt en krijg je schoon beddengoed. Erg fijn! De keuken is standaard niet volledig ingericht, maar op aanvraag kun je alles krijgen wat je maar nodig bent! Goeie airco op de kamer, de gerenoveerde badkamer is comfortabel.

1 puntje wat we misten was een prullenbak in de slaapkamer. Er was een mini prullenbak in de badkamer, maar niet genoeg voor echt afval. Dit kon je bewaren in een plastic tas van de supermarkt, maar dat gaat stinken op de kamer. Puur als tip bedoeld, wij vonden het verder geweldig in villa Lida. Lida & Omer bedankt!

Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile, ci ha accolto alle 5 del mattino nonostante il ritardo del volo. La posizione della casa è ottima, con parcheggio dedicato e possibilità di parcheggiare anche davanti alla villa. Casa pulitissima, con pulizie ogni due giorni. Vista mare splendida e grande rispetto della privacy: tutto perfetto!

La casa è accogliente e in una posizione splendida con vista mare. Non ha la tenda della doccia, come spesso capita in Albania, e manca un piano cottura (che sarebbe utile aggiungere), ma sono comunque disponibili piatti e posate. Sarebbe bello avere un piccolo tavolino con sedie sul balcone per godersi meglio il panorama, anche se volendo si può spostare quello interno. La signora di casa è davvero gentilissima e sempre presente per qualsiasi esigenza; unico suggerimento: sarebbe stato meglio essere avvisati prima che entrasse per le pulizie, così da poter mettere da parte gli oggetti personali.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Struttura sita in una posizione perfetta per soggiornare a Saranda. Il parcheggio privato è stato fondamentale. Struttura pulita e la proprietaria sempre disponibile e attenta per qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
