Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta- tuvumā pludmale, veikals, autobusa pietura uz Ksamilu promenāde. Dzīvoklis plašs, tīrs, virtuve labi aprīkota, daudz dvieļu. Milzīga terase, kur baudīt siltus vakarus. Veļasmašīna, trauku mašīna, virtuvē viss nepieciešamais. Saimnieks ļoti pretīmnākošs, saprotošs, izpalīdzīgs.
