This spacious 60m2 one-bedroom flat is located in the heart of the 4th district of Paris. Newly renovated and furnished, this apartment will surely not disappoint. With it's cool tones of black and blue mixed with warm tones of brown; it creates a refined atmosphere of tranquility. There are tall floor to ceiling windows throughout, allowing maximum amount of natural light. The distinctive color choices repeated throughout this special accommodation makes it unforgettable and unique.
The living room can comfortably seat up to four people with two golden chairs and a blue sofa. The sofa can fold out into a queen bed should you have one or two guests. You will find the same hints of blue and gold in the bedroom where there is a king size bed as well as a decorative fireplace. There is also ample amount of storage space throughout the apartment. The open kitchen and dining has everything you need to make a simple breakfast or a nice French dinner. Such amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction range, Nespresso coffee maker, cutlery and crockery, etc. at your disposal. The large wooden table can easily accommodate four seats. There is even a washer/dryer combo. Another unique feature about this grand abode is there are two full bathrooms. The marble-clad master ensuite is composed of a large shower, toilet and sink. Then off the living room, there is a guest shower and sink with a separate water closet by the entry. This is very useful if you have guests over. After a long day's walk around Paris, you can relax in the living room to watch TV (cable with English news channels such as CNN and BBC) and there is fast WiFi throughout.
