Cruise the neighborhood by foot or pick up a bike or electric scoter from one of the nearby rental services and explore the beaches communities further north like Del Mar, Solana beach or south like Sea World and other San Diego attractions. All just a short drive away.
After the day's adventures, unwind in the living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or connect to the in-home WiFi to browse social media and upload vacation photos.
The updated kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils for home cooking, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A window dining counter seats three and coffee can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.Convection oven perfect for baking bread. Everything you and everything to make you feel like at home. Blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. 1200 count italian sheets and very comfy bed are only waiting for you. . Beach towels and other amenities to enjoy summer in SO Cal. Parking notes: As a reminder, this unit does provide 1 car parking. Parking in the alleyway will lead to a parking citation of the city towing your vehicle. We suggest to to park in parking garage spot designated for this unit.
This rental is located on floor 4. Did I say there is Hot tub and pool to die for? You can enjoy as well a gym facilities ( weights gym and cardio gym). Come see La Jolla and San Diego and stay in amazing condo like ours. Everything you need is here.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stayed here for a month and loved the property. It was very clean and well equipped for everything needed for a home away from home.
Jane was a great host and communication with her was excellent. The apartment was on the highest floor and is so quiet and cozy. The only one thing I wish it had more for me as long term guest was more closet space. Overall, very much enjoyed my stay!

We stayed in this property for a month and it was well worth it. The location is fantastic - in a gated apartment complex very close to a nice shopping complex. Everything in San Diego is 5-20 minutes away including the beaches, zoo, mall, parks, etc.
The communication from the owner was very prompt and helpful and the apartment itself was clean and well-stocked. We only have good things to say about this place and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to the La Jolla / UTC area in San Diego.
