About this house rental
The space
The main building features a large hall with high ceilings, a comfortable and cozy living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has large windows that you can open wide, making you feel as if you were outdoors.
You’ll stay in the master bedroom, located in this building—a spacious room with a king-size bed, a desk, and a private bathroom, all with views of the garden.
The central patio features a lap pool measuring 10 x 2 meters, which is a blessing in our Yucatan climate. It’s surrounded by a garden with trees. The pool is not heated.
Across the garden and at the front of the property, in a separate building, there are two charming bedrooms, ensuring privacy for all guests. The first-floor bedroom has one full-size bed (please note this if you plan to have two people stay here), and the second-floor bedroom has two twin beds. Both have private bathrooms, walk-in closets, and desks.
You can enjoy several outdoor spaces designed for the Yucatan climate. There’s a covered terrace, well-ventilated and next to the pool. A fully equipped kitchenette is available as an additional option for cooking outdoors. On the second floor, you can also sit back to enjoy the evening breeze or relax while watching parrots feed in the nearby trees and fly overhead.
The house is adapted to the local climate. It is insulated, cross-ventilated, and has fans in every room and on the terrace. However, if you need them, there is air conditioning in all bedrooms; just be mindful of energy consumption.
