About this house rental
It is a beautiful, well-lit home with plenty of ventilation, open and spacious areas, a pool integrated into the terrace with a full kitchen, and two very comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. The bedroom on the second floor features two queen-size beds, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room has a single-size sofa bed. Mérida is known for its humid climate, so you’re likely to find some harmless insects in certain areas of the accommodations. The partially shaded pool has two benches that seat 8 people, where you can spend hours cooling off and chatting. The place was funky and bohemian...a good choice for artists who might appreciate the details. That said, it was about 100 degrees everyday and with the air only being in the bedrooms, we felt a bit stuck in the rooms. It would be a nicer stay at a different time of year. Some little improvements would be to change the dish sponges and clean up the pool better. The pond is open air and connected to the living room/dining are, so there are some bugs that get it in.The area of the house is very nice and walkable to Centro.
