Good location (15 min walk to beach, 5 min bike, easy car ride), good access to restaurants, and great dog friendly place. Kitchen was well stocked. One of my pet peeves is poor water pressure or heat, and the pressure and heat were good to really good. T

Putting it lightly... we were DEVASTATED to have to leave Oak Island. We had probably one of the BEST vacations we ever had the week we visited Shannon was an excellent host and easy to talk to...her little house was absolutely PERFECT for my husband and I, our two kids, and our little pug. We LOVED it so much. It was clean, comfortable, and very functional...which is so important to me!! It was an easy ride to the beach and beach access is right down the road from the street the house is on. We enjoyed our stay immensely and cannot wait to come back!! I'd stay at this property over and over! Thank you for such wonderful memories at our new favorite beach!!

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as last year. The house is great and the location is close to the beach and everything you need. We will be back next summer!
