This beautiful brand new 2 story OKI beach home has 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths and comes equipped with a brand new 6 seater electric golf cart as well. All 3 bedrooms are conveniently located directly off the large family room and kitchen making the home ideal for family gatherings. The Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and also has a sitting area where you can enjoy the 50 inch Smart TV. The 2 guest rooms share a bathroom conveniently located off the hallway. The family room is equipped with 2 comfortable reclining couches and is the perfect place to catch up with family and friends or watch your favorite shows on the large 60 inch TV. This home has an open floor plan with multiple areas to hang out and relax starting with the main room and kitchen as well as a screened in back porch where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the birds. You can also enjoy the hang out space under the home where there is a 1/2 bathroom available. The beach access is a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. After you have enjoyed the sun and surf at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water and then relax in the screened in porch or on the open deck in the front of the house. This home is ideally located near the heart of the island and is just blocks from the main road with shops and restaurants and only one block from the intracoastal waterway. There is room in the driveway for a boat and trailer for quick access to the public boat launch only one block away at the end of 55th St.
Here the atmosphere is always "Island time" avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main roads and traffic and is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends to enjoy! Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
- Guest Bedroom 2: 2 sets of Twin Beds - 4 beds total

This house was exactly what we needed! The backyard was perfect for the dogs and the kids. The house came with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is just a short golf cart ride to the beach!

Check in was super easy. Any questions we had - we received a quick reply. Kitchen was well stocked but I would like to suggest a griddle for making pancakes, frying sausage, bacon and burgers for 8 people. We do a good bit of cooking together while on vacation and it was a bit of a challenge.

Our family hasn't been on vacation together in 10 years. We selected Oak Island for its proximity to our home in Charleston. While looking for a place to stay, Sunshine and Wine stood out to us because of the fenced yard, the golf cart, and proximity to the beach. The home is gorgeous. We are a family who likes to cook, and the kitchen was well appointed with excellent cookware and plenty of room. The back porch was our sanctuary in the evening. The seating was comfortable and the fans kept us cool. Our adult kids came up mid week and there was plenty of room for us all. The golf cart made it very easy to pack up and go to the beach. We did that nearly every day. The Oak Island pier was another favorite spot, and we enjoyed snacks and drinks at Koko Cabana. Ruby's also has awesome coffee drinks. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine and Wine. The house was in such clean and tidy condition. The kitchen was outfitted just as we needed. The den, screened porch, and downstairs were all comfortable for lounging. The golf cart was so fun for us and made going to the beach so much easier.
We would definitely stay here again.
