Welcome to "Due East," a freshly minted gem in the tranquil neighborhood of Village Landings in Pirates Cove. A haven of modern elegance built in 2023, this luxurious beach house showcases panoramic views of the Roanoke Sound and offers an immersive sunrise experience. Its prime location ensures easy access to the ocean, making it a highly sought-after vacation spot. This tastefully designed retreat features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Ideal for families or groups of friends, "Due East" promises a blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary sophistication.
On the main floor, discover a lavish king bedroom with a private bathroom. The heart of the home - a fully-equipped kitchen - is tailored for your culinary adventures, connecting seamlessly to the dining and living areas. A convenient laundry room enhances the home's functionality. Venturing upstairs, find the plush master bedroom with a panoramic view of the Sound, complete with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower for an added layer of privacy. The third bedroom, perfect for kids or teens, or adults and features cozy, built-in pyramid bunk beds (double on the bottom, twin on top), each accompanied by an ensuite bathroom.
Modern comforts including high-speed WiFi and four TVs are complemented by the inviting fireplace, creating a perfect setting for leisure and relaxation. Experience outdoor living at its finest on one of the two expansive decks overlooking the Sound, or prepare a barbecue feast on the outdoor gas grill. Enjoy using the Outdoor Shower to rinse off the sand from an amazing day at the beach. The private 75-foot dock at the rear of the home invites you to unwind and soak in the peaceful rhythm of the water.
"Due East" maintains a fresh and allergen-free environment, upholding a non-smoking and pet-free policy. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, a Saturday turnover applies. Convenient covered parking is available for a boat or jet-ski trailer. If trailer does not fit, it will need to be stored off-site for a fee. There is no protected slip offered with this home.

We had a great time staying in Pirates Cove. Its kid friendly and it was very peaceful. We also enjoyed having amenities within short driving distance. The property manager Sarah was very responsive and delightful to talk to. We had a few questions when we first arrived and she was a great help. We would stay here again !

This house is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were very blessed to be the first guest in this gorgeous home. The location is a wonderful area. Close to a lot of things. I don’t like to cook at home but with the view from the kitchen looking out at the water I cooked a lot. Went to a few farmers market. This was a totally relaxing trip for us and it didn’t disappoint. Already have booked for next year.
