Renovated Marina-front townhome in Pirate's Cove
Gulfstream 204 is non-smoking & does not allow guests to bring pets. There are 4 Bedrooms, accommodating 8 people and offers one covered parking space for vehicle or golf cart (2 vehicles permitted in total). Trailers/Boats/Jet-Skis cannot be stored under the building and must be kept off-site unless placed in a dock space. A slip can be rented on the Marina from the ship store and there are slips by the Real Estate office are available on a first-come/first-serve basis (these cannot be reserved at this time). Master Bedroom has a King bed with tub and walk-in shower in their private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each hold a King bed as well, with the final bedroom offering a Pyramid Bunk (Double on bottom, Twin on top) and Traditional Bunk Set (Twin on top and bottom). Living space offers plenty of seating and large flat-screen TV. The condo has beautiful hardwood flooring and stainless-steel appliances. Dining room seats 6 with 4 additional seating at bar. There is high-speed WiFi throughout home and on deck, making work & play a breeze on your vacation. TVs have smart capabilities, but no cable. Furnished deck offers stunning views and is right in the action of Pirate's Cove's World-Class marina. Soak up the sun by our community pool, get your heart-racing in our fitness center, or take a stroll around our community using the miles of lighted dock. The property is a Vacation My Way property (Requires a 3-night stay year-round with the 2nd full week of August being the only exception). In-Deck Hot Tub available for use during your stay.

Our family had a great stay! This is our 3rd rental in this area and we love it. This time the house was pretty magnificent! There are a few things that need attention: 1) upon arrival, the previous weeks laundry sat outside in bags all week long. Was still there when we checked out; 2) new umbrella on deck is needed; 3) while the home was clean, there were ants and a few roaches inside. I know this is common for the area; however, the ants could probably be avoided by vacuuming under or between the sectional cushions as we found what appeared to be old French fries or some sort of snack crushed between them. Overall, the house was perfect size for our family and clean. The hot tub is a huge plus!

This VRBO was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The location was ideal for any and every thing you want to do on the outer banks.
Candace, in the office, was so welcoming and informative. We was a great welcoming start to our adventure.
