About this apartment rental
This beautiful Marina-front condo has 4 Bedrooms & 4.5 Bathrooms, sleeping 8, and is a Vacation My Way Property! The property has a Master bedroom with a King bed with private entrance to the 1st covered deck. There is a 2nd Master bedroom as well which holds another King bed and has private access to the 2nd covered deck. Each Master bedroom has its own private bathroom with jetted tub and stand-up shower. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. The 4th and final bedroom has 2 Double Beds and its own private bathroom. There is an additional hall bathroom as well near the living area. The building is non-smoking and equipped with an elevator and covered parking (not for trailer) for easier access to your condo. The unit comes with 5 TVs, high-speed WiFi, Washer/Dryer, 2 reading nook (1 in each Master), 2 covered parking spaces, 2 covered furnished decks that can be accessed from the living area, access to our community pool, recreation center, tennis courts, and miles of lighted dock. The condo is within a short drive to the beach or Jennette's Pier, aquarium, and shops. At the end of the day relax on one of the covered furnished decks with views of the Marina and the Charter Fishing Fleet or take a short stroll to the on-site restaurant (BlueWater Grill). Parking for 3 vehicles max and we require a 3-night minimum (full week required 2nd full week of August). The condo does not come with a dock space, but one may be rented for an additional fee.

Very spacious penthouse condo! 4 roomy bedrms with private baths. An extensive kitchen and comfy family room with TV access. Great balcony views to inlet. 5 star here. However, for this amazing condo, we were surprised to only find a supply of one toilet tissue allowance per bathroom and no kleenex supply...anywhere! No hand soap dispenser in kitchen and only one dishwasher tablet and one laundry tablet supplied... no shampoo or conditioner at any shower, so plan ahead and buy a few additional necessities that one would assume would be included. Again, minus the simple amenities that one would think would be provided, the condo is very comfortable with beautiful touches to decorating and impressively spacious! Yes, we would return again, only the next time we'd be prepared with a few basic comfort supplies.

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The check-in/out process was seamless and the staff so friendly. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
