About this house rental
Come stay at The Farmhouse and see or remember what it might have felt like to stay at your great grandparents house! The Farmhouse is built with solid wood floors and solid wood shiplap walls. Decorated with real antiques and Texas décor. High end granite and kitchen countertops, tile showers with old school touches everywhere. It's a blend of new and old including sliding barn style doors. Open floor plan in the main part of the house with a 22' floor to ceiling great room and a loft. All bedrooms have their own TV's with remotes. 65" flat screen in the living room. Outside has a huge covered porch and patio along with a cement driveway and parking area unmatched in this area, never get your feet dirty! Basketball goal, volleyball court, biggest fire pit in the area, BBQ grill, zoaea grass front yard and awesome groomed oak trees all in a quiet golf course setting.

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.

The property was well stocked to meet the needs of our adult kids & grandkids.
The refrigerator did take over-night to get cool, as explained in the check-in instructions, so it was not a surprise. We brought our food items chilled as recommended.
Loved the availability of the air fryer, toaster oven, toaster & regular drip coffee pot. The grill & the fire pit worked great (just bring your own fire wood).
We did have trouble getting the hot tub blowers to turn on, but it was just a minor inconvenience.
The beds were all quite comfy.
Overall, it is definitely a property we might choose again, if we plan another trip to the Frio. Hopefully there will be a higher water level in the Frio next time.

Took a “before school” trip with friends and family and everything about the Farmhouse was beyond amazing!! It’s super close to 7 Bluff Crossings and there’s a convenient Drive Thru beer stop right down the street. The rooms, the pool the kitchen area was everything we need and more!!
