RIATA Del RIO. New 2019 Vacation Home! 5 bedroom, 6 bath, sleeps 26. Nice Pool.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was great on communication. The rooms stayed nice and cool. The pool was fantastic and a favorite spot for our family. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to fit in a pickleball game on the court, but hopefully next time! One of the best parts was being able to bring our beloved dog along. This is a great home for a family weekend getaway, and we plan on booking again!

We had an amazing time on our vacation. There was so much to do for our kids and the older family members, it really was the perfect setup. The pickleball court and the pool were the biggest hits, but the horse shoes and cornhole boards were awesome too. The amount of open room was also great and didn’t make having a lot of people there feel crammed. The beds were also super comfortable. Any advice I have would be to bring a fan if you’re a fan sleeper, luckily we did bc the rooms do not have those. They’re super comfortable and can be cold if you want them to, but I have to have a fan to sleep. We loved it so much we are planning our next family get together there.

Overall the stay was amazing and all three families had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful pool. I didn’t give a high rating just because come check in day we had to ask for check in instructions. The house wasn’t fully ready because the cleaning ladies had to come back to bring toilet paper and paper towels which wasn’t until a hour and a half. One of the beds in the outside room didn’t have its bedding. The kitchen had an ugly odor after the mopping. It may have been the mop itself. No wash clothes were provided just 4 towels for each room but yet it sleeps 26 people and we were there 3 nights, one of the refrigerators wasn’t cooling. We had 3 families bring food so we literally had to cram the fridge items in one. Only the freezer worked well. The coffee pot maker kept getting clogged. Definitely needs upgraded kitchen appliances and utensils.
